eclairs with gold dragees. why can't they make them thin & long ala. sadaharu aoki or fauchon's style?
In Patisserie Atelier de Reve, their signature item is a banana caramel eclair. The choux was very crispy with a filling of luscious pastry cream, sliced bananas, toasted almonds, and shards of caramel lattice. One of the fun feature was that customers were encouraged to vote for their favourites. The ranking of the popularity poll were posted front and centre of each store. Talk about pressure!
Éclair has such piercing eyes, isn't?=)~I love her expression, Eos is one of most fierce pullips ever!=)

A Éclair e seu "olhar matador", heuhue!<3 Ela não é LINDA?;.;~ Já escrevi aqui quando ela chegou (e reparei que a bichinha tem UMA foto só dela aqui na minha galeria!='D), mas desde que comecei a colecionar dolls (quase dois anos atrás), queria uma Eos, mas ela esgotou antes que eu pudesse tomar coragem pra comprar!XD Foi muita sorte conseguir minha Éclair, tanto tempo depois, ela foi uma das mais caras (não, acho que foi a mais cara, de fato, até mais que a Hello Kitty!o.o), mas valeu cada centavo, acho o rostinho da Eos lindissimo, amo cada detalhe, os cílios branquinhos e as sobrancelhas "fierce", especialmente!=D
Minha Éclair, a princípio, ia ser mais...digamos, princesinha!xD Tanto que a peruca dela é repartida no meio porque vinha com dois apliques enormes e cacheados!=D Mas assim que tirei minha pequena da caixa, vi que jamais combinaria!=)
Sempre que penso na personalidade dela (que, tenho que falar, né, não desenvolvi tanto, porque sempre lembro dela como a "namorada da Holybell", coitada!='D Vou dar mais individualidade pra ela a partir de agora!XD), penso na Utena, de Shoujo Kakumei Utena, mais especificamente no filme da série!=)~ (e eu estou tão velha que ainda acho que Utena é um negócio recente... LOL)

Fiquei emocionada assistindo, me lembra uma época muito adorável da minha vida!=3 (e comprovei que é EXATAMENTE assim que imagino a Éclair!XD Ela merecia uma roupinha de duelista!*.* )

Notes: I found the choux pastry a bit stale, and the glacage a bit sticky. The interior chocolate cream piping was alright, more milky than dark. I expected (and wanted) dark.

Sugar and Ice and everything nice. Yes, sweets make up a large portion of childhood. Birthday games and cake. Oftentimes the best part of seeing theater or ballet was the intermission when we rushed to the stands that dealt a variety of pastries. I remember little chocolate and vanilla slice called after my name ‘Alexander’s’ (meaning Alexander’s cake). It was nothing particularly special – chocolate icing with some jam in between two vanilla biscuits, but somehow I was always fond of it. Cream filled cones were slightly more extravagant, and éclairs and what were called chocolate potatoes were the next level up.
