Yes, that is a hot dog inside of an eclair as if it were a bun. Add mustard (dijon, of course!) and you have heaven. Chocolate, custard, meat, mustard! Mmmm! This is a close cousin of the Donut Burger
I thought these eclairs would be too advanced for my baking skills, but they came out beautifully!

Chocolate y mandarina son una combinación que en un éclair me parece sublime. Quédate con la copla de la crema que te presento hoy para el relleno, porque te puede servir igualmente para rellenar un bizcocho o una tarta con base de masa quebrada o para cualquier otra cosa que te guste.
