Yes, that is a hot dog inside of an eclair as if it were a bun. Add mustard (dijon, of course!) and you have heaven. Chocolate, custard, meat, mustard! Mmmm! This is a close cousin of the Donut Burger

Eclair was the first of all the kids to figure out how to use the water bottle. I was so proud of her. This was the second time she used it. I missed a video of the first...it was hilarious..she kept toppling over. It's too bad I missed it but she learned!
