Dressed up snowmen at the Central Experimental Farm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
These wonderful and comical snowmen are along Winding Lane. Goes to show that our Canadian agricultural scientists do indeed have a great sense of humor!
This is a studio portrait of Judy's mother, taken a full century ago.
I'm adding it as the first post to a new group called "Retouching Old Photos." I'm hoping that people will download and retouch this themselves, then post the alteration back here. I'm curious to see what can be done with this photo.

Back from a week long family holiday to Turkey, it'll take me a little while to get those photos sorted so for now you'll have to make do with one from an early evening wander round Oxford. These Concert-goers were hanging around outside the Sheldonian Theatre waiting for one of the regular Summer Concerts to start and they caught my eye as I liked the warm back-lighting.
Please feel free to use this image in any collage or artwork you desire, but please comment with a link because I'd love to see it.

Some friends and I went bowling at Main Event a few weeks ago. We were basically the only ones there and dressed as superheros...lol. And yes we got bumpers on our lane...ha.

dude, I tied it myself! the top looked great. it was a little long, but I did it all by myself.
Back in college, I used to wear a tie once a month and I could actually do it thanks to a palm app that had the instructions. But once my palm died it was all down hill from there. Oh, and I got married too, giving me a wife who could handle the important stuff.
Someone in elaborate costume wandering through Bath. It seems she has lost the people who are supposed to be carrying the train of that very long dress!

ive learned to live in the moment and leave the unnecessary planning ahead somewhere far away. life is unpredictable... it can change drastically within a mere 24 hour period. heres whats cool: i know for sure i had a better time tonight than i would have- had my life not drastically changed and my plans from months ago had carried through. some nights heartbreak has advantages... and some nights you're blessed with the company of friends that mean everything to you... its those nights that make your heart feel ok- and tonight my heart felt very ok =)
