If you could go back and change just one thing about your life, would you? and if you did, would that change make your life better? Or would that change ultimately break your heart? or break the heart of another? would you choose an entirely different path? or would you change just one thing? just one moment. one moment that you always wanted back..
~One Tree Hill
Found this big heart painted on a bridge. Surely it's a sign of love to someone.
People have their dreams, maybe of love or other beautiful things. They paint them on the walls or on the ground. But often these dreams are a contrast to the reality and they will not fulfill if we are just standing and waiting that it happens.
If people stand back to back like here love will remain a dream.

On the background there is a Finnish warship slowly approaching the harbour forming kind of a War and Peace- setting on this photo. Life is fragile....

inspired by candice's photo of the clouds.
I would call this photo part two of this photo. Took me two days to make the clouds out of cotton and the blue is probably 30 blue construction papers all taped together.

DESERT DREAM – OMAR AKRAM
I am a Bactrian Camel
oh yes, I'll have you know
my weight is borne equally
on my third and fourth toes
I am an even-toed ungulate
or so the story goes
I am far superior to
the one-humped dromedary
I'm from ancient Bactria;
I'm kind and soft and hairy
my fur is like a teddy bear,
but don't cuddle me; be wary!
I am silky soft like my ancestors
who travelled the Silk Road
climbing up high mountains;
cold; carrying their heavy load
or moving across inhospitable deserts;
screeching in camel code
I am feeling very lazy today
relaxing in the rain
it's stopped a little while;
these tourists are such a pain
leaning out their windows
taking my portrait again and again
I am sighing with contentment
as they pass me by
there is no resentment;
I pretend to them I'm shy
showing them the back of me;
well that's as much as I can try
I doze; I dream; I long to be
in the silence of the night
but oh those shrieking jackanapes
now hidden from my sight
I fall asleep at last and wait
for the new dawn to break light.

Thanks for visiting. I am very grateful for the very kind comments and faves.
Since returning home I am experiencing a lot of computer and internet connection problems. It is very frustrating. I comment a few pictures and then have to reboot or constantly refresh the page and then the comment does not always print. I do not know if it is problems with Flickr or my internet or with my computer or a combination of all three, but I do apologise sincerely and will try to catch up as and when I can. Thank you for your patience with me <3
A beautifully star light night among the mighty Himalayan peaks of Bandarpoonch range. Shot taken at the Har ki Dun campsite.
It is very easy to gaze at such sky and dream on ...
My dream closet was inspired off this beautiful two-story closet seen on Instagram and from that day forward I had a vision to create one of my own in second life, unfortunately I didn't have room in my home to put in there but I made it into a beautiful skybox, This closet was created and sponsored by my favorite brands. Link to the blog with full details will be below. Thanks to Zaker & Twelve SL for sponsoring me.
I thought this was "Shelia's Perfume" when I first saw it but it is a new rose for 2008 called "Dream Come True". Looks pretty good to me!
i'm not completely happy with this but i think that i did my best. i have not upload photo almost a week and that make me feel jhfgdbvwjuhbsdju, hahah i can't describe it but it feeling is disgusting.
thanks for all my friends !

"Marble! I just had the weirdest dream!"
"Me too!"
...at the same time
"I had a dream that..."
"We were on an island..."
"Wait, Marble....what's that smell?"
"Hi guys," replied Charcoal.

Driving winds polish the ice to reveal deep fractures traversing Dream Lake.
Dream Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.
'Twas the morning after Christmas, and I was the first person on the trail. The temperature was 14°F with high, sustained winds and gusts well over 50 mph. I was tasked with route finding and breaking trail by headlamp. The wind had driven snow drifts across the trail and in some places I was postholing to my waist with snowshoes on. I reached the lake with time to spare, but the wind was punishing, blowing directly into my face all morning. It was strong enough to knock me over and push me across the ice at one point. At first, I was worried there the mountains would remain hidden in the clouds and blowing snow. But, as the light breached the horizon, they started to peak through. The light continued to get better all morning. I worked my way across the lake from East to West, finding interesting foregrounds. This was one of the last images I captured on the lake, and it is easily my favorite from the morning.
I stood at the gateway of a field near to where I live high up in the Staffordshire Moorlands and these two distant horses spotted me, paused for a few seconds and then came charging towards me! Maybe it was their breakfast time! I had my long lens on so I took the shot and moved on - I hope they weren't too disappointed!
Anyway, me being me, I turned the scene into a dream, I've been chased in my dreams many times but never by horses! Have you been chased in you dreams?...
Dreaming of summer.

Briana dreaming of the day she will be able to cease this madness and be behind the camera asking male models to do this and then do that. This was taken at the Saturday www.lighting-essentials.com workshop in Tucson. One silver reflector to camera left.
When walking down the street in Wéris (south of Belgium) you often see the typical houses that Belgians have built over the last fifty to hundred years as realization of their dream. It is often said that almost any Belgian has the ultimate ambition to build his/her own house. Indeed, house ownership is much higher in Belgium (71%) than for example in Germany (49%). For cost control, part of the building projects in Belgium are carried out by the young owners themselves, or by their family members (especially in the later stages). There is no standard design for houses in Belgium; likewise, dreams cannot be standardised. The designs along a street always differ from each other, with a variation within a certain range; decent houses to live in.
Sometimes these dream houses fall completely outside any reasonable variation and become unique eccentric realizations and works of art. This is the case for this house, with Jugendstil elements and inspirations from the books of Tolkien, Dickens and Rowling (Harry Potter). The story behind this house is unknown, but it looks as if the end is not really a happy one; the house is clearly abandoned with its overgrown driveway, its bewildered garden and it being devoid of any signs of life. But take a look at how the unique style is worked out in every detail. Maybe it is only a statue for a dream house, for the freedom of design, but too hard to live in (indeed, you cannot live in a statue). Frankly, we do not know. But it is certainly a piece of inspiration and a dramatic work of art.
