Not quite sure exactly what this is but there were a large selection of documents and papers in one specific room. These documents ranged from loan booklets to instruction manuals, as well as military equipment specifications.
This is a page from Campbeltown Parochial Board's General Register of Poor. The Poor Law (Scotland) Act 1845 established parochial boards to deal with poor relief. Each parochial board had to keep a register of those paupers who received relief, whether outdoor relief (i.e. money, food, fuel, &c) or indoor relief (i.e. they were sent to the poorhouse). Very few of these registers survive, which is a great pity as they provide a lot of information about a person's life.
This entry records the application of Janet McNair (née Gilchrist) for poor relief in 1865 and give an insight into the life of a poor widower in Campbeltown. A very comprehensive questionnaire that is through and includes all the relevant details, you might considering asking if there are any existing plans for the property as these help you with initial planning ideas before you do your site survey. (we have been given one, haven`t we?? I lost a point for that!! grrr) The document is well laid out and clearly divided into sub-sections.
You have demonstrated a clear understanding of the brief.
This is a very well designed questionnaire, you have though of your personal branding and the layout makes it easy to identify the various sections, you have used tick boxes for speed of answering and the colour coding makes the presentation very professional, you might consider printing on both sides to save paper.

Several emotions hit me when I came across these letters dated 1995 and 1996 written by my Grandparents to me. Sadness; my youngest daughter will never know her Great Grandpa Stucker because he passed 9 months before she was born. Happiness; I still have my Grandma at age 86, and reading these letters show how she is funny and silly, and reminded me that she loves weeping willows. She also liked to use those branches as switches. I don't need to be reminded of that! More sadness and happiness; the written letter is slowly dying, and here I have a prized possession. This isn't some preselected, electronic font, but my grandparents actual handwriting, full of emotion and personality! Last, but not least, Elation; my Grandma advising me to find one thing that is a blessing each day, and that I am a blessing to both my Grandma and Grandpa. That is a priceless gift. Especially on this day when I was feeling a bit insecure, needed a little encouragement, and then I was led to this box with these letters at the bottom. Letters from the heart, and home is where the heart is. ♥ I hope you find something to encourage you today.
One of my Grandma's funny phrases, "I don't know nuttin''bout nuttin'" Please share if your grandparents had funny phrases they would say!
p.s. processed with M4H Filmy, I love how my Grandparents use both my first and middle name when talking to me, and my Grandpa made that frame so I absolutely love it!

I picked up more than a score of what appear to be telemetry tapes from NASA in the 1960s. I suspect that they may come from NASA Ames. I rescued them from a scrap dealer.

Now the facts are clear.
Wentworth was paid to fix the car.
Wentworth did a poor job of fixing the car.
Wentworth Chevrolet and Subaru actually cut off the old quarter panel and welded a new one on, without measuring the frame and properly straightening the substructure.
Brian the manager of the Wentworth Chevrolet Auto Body Shop actually first told me that the frame was not measured because unibody cars don't have frames.
Later Brian stated in front of other professionals and the insurance adjuster that they did not measure it because the muffler was in the way.
In a recorded conversation, Lou Harrison insisted that they were not paid to measure the frame.

Per telephone conversation with Lou Harrison; January 6, 2010 at 4:24 PM:
P: It was charged to be measured, and then Brian stated that they didn’t measure it because,(interrupted by Lou)
L: I think I told you they didn’t measure it too, when you asked me on the phone.
P: You did, you later did so. But, why were we charged for that?
L:That is not, that is not a charge to setup and measure. I called the Allstate, it’s part of the stuff I had to research, because I didn’t know off the top of my head. That is under what they call frame equipment, but we were not paid to measure the frame. What that is, that was time to use, the frame equipment, I am reading what he told me, o.k.?
P: Who?
L: That was time to use the frame equipment to do some pre-pulling to fix the right rear-corner.
P: O.k.
L: That was not for measuring. K, that’s, that’s what they said it wasn’t measure time.
P: Who said this?
L: Use our frame equipment, some people can do it on the floor, if they have some anchors on the floor, but if you have frame equipment, it’s much easier to do it that way.
P: I remember Brian specifically stating that it wasn’t put on the frame machine at all that they had a dolly and hammered it out with a hammer. Do you remember that?
L: Well that’s part of the, part of the frame equipment, there are different parts of this frame equipment, I can tell you they paid us to do some pre-pulling on the right rear corner, you can do it on the floor you can do it on the frame equipment, there are various ways of doing it, and they don’t specify how has to be done, I’m just telling you it is easier done on the frame machine.
P: But I guess my question is, why did Brian state that he did it on the floor, remember he said he wheeled something right under it, and,
L: I don’t know, I mean,
P: But you were right there,
L: If he can do that, without on the frame equipment, what they paid us for us to do some pre-pulling, on the right rear corner. If they consider it, the est-, that it’s frame, anytime you have bodywork frame time paint type thing on estimates, they have different categories, and they consider it the frame. L: That was Randy Johnson. Yes, Sir.
We don’t like being lied to; and modifying undamaged parts to cover up bad structural work done because you did not perform work, for which you were paid, is cause for serious concern. We did not even notice the modifications to the break lamps themselves, until your technician pointed them out to us in front of witnesses; at our last meeting. We are glad the technician admitted to the modifications in front of multiple witnesses; as such actions are the realm of unbelievable.

It is entirely possible that we are not speaking the same language. If you charge for something and don't do it and then lie that you did not charge for it, I believe it is misrepresentation. Let's look it up..

"The automatic writing project started out as an activity among friends and locals. I would write a line someone else would write a line and so on... Then people would overhear us and ask if they could participate and write something too (which surprised me) of course I said "yes!" At that point I realized that lots of people have something to say. I started asking strangers to add entries, then I graduated to offering people $1.00 to participate, some people do not accept the dollar and some pay me a $1.00 (paying it forward). It's becoming quite a lovely, surprising and compelling project. People from many walks of life are participating: homeless, a news reporter, academics, doctors, drug addicts, lawyers, tourists etc... People have written things in my journal that they'd never say out loud, not to anyone. Some of it's so sad, some intriguing, hilarious and so on... At the end of the day, every one of these people understand that their entries are being uploaded to the internet and are comforted in knowing that they will be heard. I have no idea where this is going, but it's going just fine! FYI: English is not everyone's first language here. I will be illustrating the book/journal after the text is done. I hope that everyone who reads these entries learns something about people, mostly that we never know what someone else is going through.

Orienteringsoppgave: 19 m N for hovedbygningen på gården (23:1)
Beskrivelse: Reist bautastein av lagdelt bergart. Steinens mål: 1. 3,35 m, største bredde og tykkelse på midten: 36 X 20 cm, smalner av mot toppen til ca. 10 X 15 cm. På S-siden runelignende, tydelige tegn v/ festet, 4 synlige, 6-8 cm lange, ca. 1 cm. dype. På samme side av steinen, 2,4 m opp fra festet, er hugget inn "421". Tallene ca. 10 cm høye, vel 1 cm dype. 21 cm. over disse et kors hugget inn, h. 16 cm, dybde samme.
Tradisjon: Disp. Th. Overwien opplyser at steinen ble funnet i en grøft på eiendommen, ukjent hvor, omkring 1870, og at den sies å høre sammen med de to bautasteinene på Presthus (1529 B 18 R 2). De runelignende tegnene på steinen ble hugget for spøk av to menn tilh. gården (brødre av dav. eier ? ca. 1880 ?). De andre merkene kom til litt senere da steinen ble brukt som gravstein over en hund. Så ble den reist i et kvernhjul i hagen der den står nå.
Det ble henvist til fru byråsjef M.D. Holtan (kom.ing.) i Oslo ang. steinen.
