Carta do Senador Zeze Perrella ao senhor Marco Paulo Del Nero (Presidente da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol) solicitando que o Presidente abrace a proposta e viabilize para que clubes da serie A cedam pelo menos um jogador à Associação Atlética Chapecoense, para que o clube se mantenha ativo no ano de 2017.

O senador Zeze Perrella (PDT-MG) apresentou projeto de lei (PLS 751-15) alterando o sistema de pagamento e concessão do auxílio-doença, de modo a torná-lo mais seguro para o trabalhador, vítima de problemas como a atual greve do INSS, que impede a normalidade dos pagamentos.
Nesses casos, os doentes não conseguem receber seus benefícios nem podem fazer a perícia para retornarem ao trabalho. Isso significa que o beneficiário fica sem receber salário de seu empregador e nenhum benefício do INSS até que ocorra a perícia, ficando sem poder honrar seus compromissos mensais por todo esse período.
O objetivo do projeto do senador Perrella é evitar que problemas operacionais do INSS prejudiquem o trabalhador. A atual greve impediu a realização de 700 mil perícias médicas até agora, e pode chegar a mais de um milhão.
"O auxílio-doença é uma conquista do trabalhador. Meu projeto visa eliminar dificuldades injustas que acrescentam novas angústias à situação já frágil do trabalhador impedido de exercer temporariamente sua atividade," afirmou o senador mineiro.
O projeto determina ainda que o pagamento do benefício seja realizado em até 30 dias após a entrada do requerimento.

I found all of these old hand written pleadings between the leaves of this book today. Under the hand of a man long since gone. And a thank you note received from a friend, appreciated and hidden for safe keeping 60 years ago.
