Found the dock area fascinating, saw plovers and grey wagtails. Shame it's all seen better days. Can't believe this is the first time I've had a proper, if brief, look. I'll spend some more time round there on the next trip back

On the Huon River, at Franklin (below Huonville) there is the Tasmanian Wooden Boat Centre and they have some magnificent boats moored at the dock.

At the entrance of Albert Dock

the universal dock. I had to dremel out a little bit of the ashtray to make room for the dock and so that the ipod would sit neatly. i used a bit of velcro to mount it down. Oh and btw, the only reason for the duct tape was so the iPod wouldn't get scratched on the ashtray's metal release clip. For this shot I adjusted to compensate for the intense brightness of the beach. Which do you like better, this one or the slightly darker version below?
