Diffused flash from right bounced back from left.

Blown out highlight on the eye. Seems to be the only area affected. This tells me the eye is the most reflective part of the body. Also the second highlight is from direct sunlight, probably best to shoot in the shade.

this is called diffuse glow, i thought the effects on the figure reminded me of a predator effect, it be cool to get more than 1 colour and highlight the hotspots showing high temperature.
