You can see the White House and if you look closely you can see the two secret service agents on top of the building...
These two chicks look very different, but presumably were from the same litter? The one on the left is a mallard chick but the one on the right looks as much like a cygnet as anything! There were some domestic white ducks mixed in with the mallards on this pond, so I assume these are the result of a cross?
just a daisy i picked and then shot against 4 different coloured backgrounds. used raynox DCR-250 on my nifty fifty, and my new mefoto roadtripper tripod :) very happy with it so far - my old tripod cost like £20 and it was really hard to focus manually when using it, bcause every time you touched the camera it made the whole thing wobble so much(!). seems like you do get what you pay for in this game...
Two Mynahs sitting a top the street light in front of my home.

This photo to me captures how we all see the world in different ways, I love the idea of experimenting with crystal balls in photography to create new looking photos.
on Flossy's old sock mill pic.. This is the color version of the building that once provided a lot of jobs to some Alabamians... It really is sad...
some really different stuff from a few years back....primarily done with a software called Bryce (with the occasional photograph included)

Southern Cross Station, Melbourne, reflecting the Press Exchange behind me as I took this photo. Pretty much the way I've been feeling about photography lately.

I decided to try my landscapes from a different perspective. Taken at Kommetjie beach, South Africa
Burgundy and black tunic made from cotton and linen.
It has:
• black linen tapered bottom - shorter in front, long in back - great for layering
• funky bracketed front seams with a hangy flap thing
• three-quarter length sleeves with long flaring cuffs
• flattering arched waist panel made of ribbed cotton jersey
Sewn with visible serged threads in dark graphite gray and dark mustard gold.
