in the woods that I regularly visit it is difficult to have sightings of the European Roe Deer during the day from a reasonable distance.
In this specific protected area I had several short sightings this year walking into the woods before dawn.
However, since about 10 days a Wolf ( canis lupus ), looking for a viable territory, has moved into this area .
This is an entirely new situation for the Roe Deer and their behavior is changing.....
In the last week there have been regular daytime sightings just like my encounter last Tuesday deep in these woods.

There are many different types of Grebe. The red eye of this grebe is a real attention getter. The most abundant grebe in the world, the Eared Grebe is a small water bird with a very thin bill and a bright red eye. When breeding season rolls around the Eared Grebe morphs into a gorgeous spectacle with golden plumes fanning out and surrounding the bright red eye.
I did something different with this one, since I was using a different skin I created a face for the Avalon head which is not my usual head. This skin looks great on Avalon! Also got to say I love the Xue shirt from ZFG.T he end of the year/beginning of the next are hugely stressful times, take care to self care and enjoy yourself :)
