Different day, different post, possibly same bird as earlier posting, taken with sigma 120-300 plus 1.4x on a canon 1D4
Lots of good stuff here! Basically trying something different to challenge myself! I really liked the way it came out!
Journaling reads: May 2, 2008
Yesterday, May 1st, mommy daddy went to lowes looking for black duct tape of all things. Mommy was wearing her "Happy Bunny" pregnancy shirt when the one lady cashier wanted to read my shirt. She was the first stranger to touch mommy's belly! I was thrilled! I consider it a blessing! Of course, mommy being a touchy-feely-huggy kind of person, I don't mind when strangers want to touch my belly. I consider it a rite-of-passage into pregnancy.
The journaling is of course hand written with some spelling mistakes, but I figure the baby will appreciate it someday to know that no one is perfect.
And this shirt doesn't usually get me any ice cream :(
TFL!

The greenhouse had some really beautiful flowers this year. I bought a few different ones to plant among my perennial flowers.
This graphic shows five types of stem cells. Stem cells differ in abilities. Totipotent stem cells are the most powerful: They can form any cell, and even an entire organism. Pluripotent stem cells are almost as versatile, while multipotent stem cells can make a limited range of cell types. Oligopotent stem cells can make just a few cell types within the same organ or tissue. Unipotent stem cells replace one specific cell type, like sperm or skin cells.

A path nexth to where I live. It was frost on the path and tiny lights glimmered. Two cars illuminates the road.
