Even though I take photographs, I'm not an artist. And even though I hike, I'm not an athlete. I just like to take pictures. I probably could spend more time improving my shots and my photos, I don't. I'm impatient. I'd prefer to spend my time exploring.
This large window is located in the Roseville Downtown Library.
The house in the tiny Welsh village where the three bodies were found. A woman in her mid 40’s and an elderly couple aged 70-80’s. Police described the sight that greeted the policemen who broke in yesterday as the most disturbing he had ever seen. It appears that the victims had suffered appalling brutality in this cottage over the previous evening.
Using the Face Transformer, I created various versions of myself. Can you tell which one is the real me?
Different proverbs (and Seinfield jokes) are posted all over da Vinci-this one is above a drinking fountain
I didn't realize there were two different multi colorways. The one on the right I just got today and has a lighter background, different color buttons and some of the text is in red rather than black. Love them both!
Ulysses S Grant was dying of throat cancer while living in New York City in the summer of 1885. His doctors recommended that Grant move away from the heat and humidity of the city, so his friends arranged for the Grant family to move to this cottage in the Adirondacks between Saratoga and Glens Falls. The house belonged to banker, phlianthropist and namesake of Drexel University, Joseph Drexel.
The house did not originally have a porch. Drexel quickly had one built and there are signs, like the mismatched railings, of how hastily the porch was constructed.
Glasgow Queen Street high level station concourse this morning. Apart from the closed shops & the knitting above the lines it looks remarkably unchanged after the major works just completed. It's an illusion. The track & platforms have all been rebuilt & extended & the concourse surface itself is a temporary affair covering the inboard extensions to be completed in phase 2 starting in November.

Very nice blue skies today right before sunset. I love this building for some reason, I have a number of shots from it. I think it screams potential for some abstract work and I just keep trying. When I looked up today the skies were just a beautiful blue. When I put this into Photoshop and converted to black and white, bumping the blues to blacks created what appeared to be a deep darkness. I liked.
