Die Kaisergewölbe è un font espressivo per titolazioni e logotipi.
Esso esiste nelle due principali famiglie: Violence e Readable.
Realizzato tramite uno script di 2000 righe in robofab/python, è generato secondo parametrizzazioni di curve di bezier modificabili a piacimento che sostituiscono alcune linee di un carattere da me progettato intorno al 2004, ideato per la titolazione di tavole architettoniche di stile costruttivista.
Il font è basato sulla forma dell'arco di cerchio approssimato e segue inoltre una proporzione ideale del corpo di x pari a 24/25 dell'asse y per le correzioni ottiche.
Il font, declinabile nel suo peso dal Bold all'Extra Thin, si presta anche in versione italic a 10°, con un kerning deciso sempre presente e un'ipotetica variabile che crea delle uncinature sulle aste ascendenti.

Nein zur Nato. Nein zu Trumps Kriegen. Mit diesem Thema lud die Bundestagsfraktion der Linken in die GLS Sprachschule nach Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Das Thema Frieden gehört zu den Kernthemen der Linken, sodass es über die derzeitige Situation Gesprächsstoff ohne Ende gibt.
So siehts aus! Lappen in die Hand und putzen statt ständig über die "Lautstärke dieser neumodischen Teschnomusik" meckern! Fotze!

Over the last 5 years, up to 6,000 hectares (20%) of mangroves in Moreton Bay, off the Queensland coast around Brisbane, have suffered from unexplained die-back. As a tree dies, the air spaces around the roots collapse and the soil sinks, producing foul ponds in which nothing regenerates. This die-back appears to be caused by a complex mix of natural and man-induced events.
The government is currently working on “response plans” such as promoting natural colonisation where possible and looking at alternative solutions like improving drainage. This work is vital, as the mangroves provide breeding grounds for the local fishing and prawning industries and help maintain healthy foreshore areas.

Die Spanische Kapelle (Cappellone degli Spagnoli) wurde um ca. 1350 als Kapitelsaal des Dominikanerklosters von Santa Maria Novella erbaut und liegt im Chiostro Verde. Seit 1566, als sie der spanischen Gemeinde in Florenz für Gottendienste zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, wird sie als Spanische Kapelle bezeichnet. Die Kapelle wurde ab 1366 dank einer Stiftung des Buonamico Guadalotti von dem Florentiner Maler Andrea di Bonaiuto (auch Andrea Bonaiuti oder Andrea da Firenze genannt) rundum mit Fresken ausgestattet, deren Programm an die Schriften von Fra Jacopo Passavanti, einem bekannten Prediger und Testamentsvollstrecker des inzwischen verstorbnen Stifters, angelehnt ist.
Die Fresken der Wand gegenüber dem Eingang stellen Szenen aus der Passion Christi dar: Links unten die Kreuztragung, in der Mitte die Kreuzigung und rechts unten Christus Abstieg in die Vorhölle.
We find that Craft & Design pupils often have difficulty remembering the sequence of operations involved when making a simple screwdriver handle. These photographs depict this process.
We begin with the preparation of the 25mm aluminium blank. After this the blank is held in the 3 jaw self centering chuck. A series of turning operations is then carried out. For the following we set a high spindle speed and used a slow feed speed for best results. Shown here we show facing off. Then turning down or parallel turning. Next taper turning. After that the Slocombe bit or centre bit is mounted in a Jacob's chuck and a pilot hole is drilled. A HSS twist drill or jobber bit is then mounted in the Jacob's chuck and a blind hole is drilled to a depth of 30mm. The depth gauge is used to judge this.
Taps and dies are used to cut the internal thread on the screwdriver blade and the internal thread on the handle.
Finally both components are assembled and the handle is knurled or given a textured grip pattern. This is done at a very low spindle speed and a slow automatic feed speed.
