they stopped for a sweet little mutual back-chewing session. It must be hard
a hard spot for a pregnant girl to reach! :)
One of the important Hindu rituals is to offer lamps to the Gods in a ceremony known as ‘Aarti’, usually performed at sunset. In this picture, taken in Haridwar (India), Aarti was being offered to the river Ganges, regarded as a Goddess in Hinduism. While the elder brother (encouraged by his mother) devoutly offers prayers, the younger brother apparently looks on with doubt and lot of questions in his mind. This picture represents the growing sentiment of Hindu Atheists who accept Hinduism as a way of life rather than a religion.
