Fort Buchanan, PR- The US Army Reserve-Puerto Rico began celebrating its
90th anniversary, by inaugurating a War memorial Monument, in recognition to
the service of Army Reservists in the island.
“Our intent with this document is to mark the historical achievement of our
Army Reserve soldiers and to serve as a statement of the sacrifice, devotion
to duty and professionalism demonstrated by our troops, when called to
defend our nation in times of war,” said Brig. Gen. Fernando Fernández,
senior US Army Reserve Officer in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
The Puerto Rico’s Secretary State, Hon. Kenneth McClintock, was the keynote
speaker for the occasion.
“This monument is an investment in the teaching of history and serves as a
reminder of what the several thousands of men and women did to preserve our
right to pray , to speak our minds, to associate freely and to elect those
who govern us,” said McClintock.
The Puerto Rico’s Senate, represented by Hon. Senator Lycy Arce, presented a
Senate Proclamation, recognizing the service of the Puerto Rican troops.
In addition, the US Congress, represented by personnel from the Resident
Commissioner’s Office, presented a Congressional official Letter to
Fernández, highlighting the importance of the event.

On the 8th night Guruji tweeted "Devi Mahagauri bestows soft healing and luminous wisdom. Devotion is purified through one’s intense effort and the SatGuru’s grace. Then it slowly turns into Bhagavad Prem. This process is long and one has to have patience to attain His Lotus Feet in His divine right timing. The fullness of love for the Divine which is marked with deep patience and joyful acceptance, is Devi Mahagauri’s great gift to Her children".
Guruji spoke this night and spoke about tranformation and making sure its not momentary and to be sincere. The ego is insincere and swims in the ocean of misery. The moment we realise that this is all a delusion of our own egoistic nature then we have to awake and become like Her. Pure, courageous and concious of our true being. The greatest joy is when love awakens inside of us. We are all in servitude to the divine.
