While in Savannah, GA I had the opportunity to do some street photography. This man is Sorrow's husband so they share the same story. All the while I was talking with them, his attention was always on Sorrow and caring for her needs.

Altar devotion to St Stephen was decreased and increased dedication to the virgin, who was the target of the prayers of those suffering from illnesses and need help, thus giving rise to devotion to the Lady of Remedios.

This year’s Holy Lake Festival was yet another joyous celebration of devotion, music, and community. A diverse lineup of spectacular artists graced the stage, singing the name of the Lord across a wide range of genres—from classical Carnatic music and soulful Shabads to energetic pop and even techno. There was truly something for everyone to connect with and enjoy.

The beautiful weather made it a perfect occasion to explore the scenic outdoor grounds of Sri Vitthal Dham, where attendees could relax, connect, and indulge in a variety of delicious food options, including sushi, Indian cuisine, pizza, and even a vegan sausage sandwich—a hit with many!

Each day began with the divine Giridhari abhishekam, setting the tone with sacred energy and blessings. The evenings were brought to a powerful close with performances by inspiring Bhakti singers, who poured their hearts into every note, lifting the spirits of all present.

On Monday we were also fortunate to celebrate Holi with Guruji. Everyone was coloured brightly whilst some took shelter in nearby bushes. It was indeed a fun experience for many. After the throwing of the colours Everyone took a sacred dip into the Chandrabhaga Lake.

We are already looking forward to what next year’s Holy Lake Festival will bring—a continued celebration of devotion, unity, and joy!
