But Google’s getting far smarter. Our Go-To-Guy gets craftier. However they know great service = more reviews = more trust = greater rankings = more business. The circle of digital business later on.

Regular updates makes you feel so much knowledgeable. The same logic works in case of mobile apps. Windows Mobile developers are working days and night to provide their clients advanced applications which help them run their business smoothly and efficiently. Smart phones are ruling the cell phone industry. Why not keep your Windows Mobile updated?

The Maersk Developer drills an exploratory well into Statoil's Martin prospect, about 3,000 feet below the surface in the Gulf of Mexico. Two years ago, Statoil paid $157 million for the right to drill into a single 9-square-mile block at the site and the Norwegian company is now spending about $1.1 million a day to rent the Developer, supply the drilling rig and pay for other contractors. I recently purchased a 1935 Leica 111a Model G, so it's 80 years old. I spent a bit of money getting it cleaned, lubed and adjusted by a great technician in Perth. I loaded some Kodak Professional 100 Tmax black and white film which expired in 2013. Spent the afternoon at GOMA shooting a bit, came home and processed the film in D76 developer then scanned the negs and digitally printed these frames. Now I think I'm in love with photography all over again and I'm especially in love with my beautiful little Leica. After 80 years and it's still the perfect photographer's camera!!!

Merchant House, Silent Street, Ipswich.

Previously 8&10 Waterworks Street, Ipswich.

In 1990 Jackson projects were planning to construct a large office development in Silent Street with a small two storey office building beside the access road to the site. Duncan McKenzie was the architect responsible for design and supervision of the project.

Late in the design process the Ipswich historic building trust had approached local developers including Jackson seeking to find a buyer and suitable site for the mediaeval frame which had been saved from the road widening scheme in Waterworks Street. The trust had been unable to secure either funding or a location for the building for it to be resurrected under their own conservation scheme.

An inspection of the stored timber at Villa Farm, Tuddenham and a check on the overall size of the wall plates confirmed that with some tight planning the building could be accommodated on the site. On this basis the builders had the courage to commit themselves to the purchase of the structure for incorporation into the new two-storey building. The building was to be designed to current commercial standards of cost and amenity.

Suffolk Building Design Ltd were employed to repair and direct the frame onto prepared piled foundations. Structural timbers were cleaned at their premises and each framed panel was assembled there to identify the extent and nature of repair and replacement. Replacements for missing items were generally made in green oak and spliced repairs were made on a like-for-like basis. Surprisingly it was found that the frame was made from a mixture of timbers predominantly of oak but including chestnut elm pine and ash.

No attempt was made to disguise intervening repairs and replacements. The structure was clad in lime-rich render over metal lathing and plywood sheeting. Mineral wool fibre installation was sandwiched between the external cladding and internal plastering. The internal plaster was carried out using lime plaster reinforced with man-made fibre in place of the traditional hair binding material.

Stop the wrecking ball on the Main

The Architectural heritage of St. Laurent Blvd. and its greystones must be preserved. It’s a powerful symbol of our identity By Phyllis Lambert and Dinu Bumbaru June 5, 2012

From IndyFoto-

These photos in part explain why we have to protect this area from the corporate developers and politicians who want to "clean Up' what makes Montreal so special! Razing heritage buildings which host events such as this is their solution. Some of these buildings have already been reduced to a mere facade, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the nefarious plot is now to demolish them completely and reduce it to a parking lot until financing to build a modern monstrosity materializes... Montrealers* (*NOTE: Yes- YOU of the "pots and spoon" crew) could also apply their considerable efforts to saving these beautiful buildings- interiors included, before there is nothing unique left about Montreal.

This makes me ache inside... I lived on the Main (near des Pins) in a similar building from 1983- 1994. My 2 storey 8 1/2 was part of the '80s Montreal punk scene, where I created my photos and brought up my son. That apartment was my refuge and my muse, informing much of my work at the time. I often thought about the unknown people who had lived there before me, dating back to 1898, and wondered what diverse memories were infused within those walls. 3816 St.Laurent haunts my dreams still and I long for it, though it's been since ruined by bad reno jobs and further landlord neglect, and isn't the same. (Well, and nor am I!) The solution is not to destroy but to respectfully repair and maintain.

I look at the buildings scheduled to be demolished in the 1200 block and know them intimately, inside and out. They are a reflection of my history in the city, and ghosts long forgotten. Some of us are tenants and others shop keepers, and we are all links in the history of these buildings. The legacy we leave behind is the art, songs and dance that were created within the walls, the families we raised, the people we served and the friendships we nurtured. Should this be reduced to a rubble, so all that will remain for future generations to physically experience is a city ordained plaque displaying some misty B&W photos on the wall of a glass tower. No affordable space left to create their own contributions to our social history. There's little chance of that in an upscale office building, even one allegedly 'dedicated to art and culture".

Artist....The King of Chalices card suggests that my power today lies in emotional availability. I inspire, protect and nurture with reliable compassion, respect, and affection. I am a master in the art and am secure enough in my role to connect to, express and pursue my hearts desire while defending the greater good of those who rely on me. I am empowered by consistency and patience while trust is my gift or Holy Grail.

What amazes me about these particular images is that even with a one stop push, they look just as good, if not better imho than ones shot at box speed. And the best part, developed at the same time and dilution. Gotta love a compensating developer.
