For my third attempt I lengthened the developer time and increased agitation. The negatives are denser, but still quite thin. This roll was once again plagued by poor reeling of the film so I lost about half of the roll. Sigh! At this point I plan to pause the merlot project to do some more in-depth investigations and analysis.

The Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler relational model is an intermediate model between the logical model and the physical models. It supports relational design decisions independent of the constraints of the target physical platform(s). The relational model displays views, tables, columns and their datatypes and all relationships. Diagrams can be formatted to highlight groups of tables. In this example the tables assigned to different schema are highlighted through colour differentiation.

READ IT SERIOUSLY !!!

I've learned.... That when you're in love, it shows.

I've learned.... That just one person saying to me, "You've made my day!" makes my day.

I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right.

I've learned.... That you should never say "no" to a gift from a child.

I've learned.... That I can always pray for someone when I don't have the strength to help him in some other way.

I've learned.... That sometimes all a person needs is a hand to hold and a heart to understand.

I've learned.... That life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.

I've learned.... That we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for.

I've learned.... That money doesn't buy class.

I've learned.... That it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular.

I've learned.... That under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.

I've learned.... That the Lord didn't do it all in one day. What makes me think I can?

I've learned.... That to ignore the facts does not change the facts.

I've learned.... That when you plan to get even with someone, you are only letting that person continue to hurt you.

I've learned.... That love, not time, heals all wounds.

I've learned.... That the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am.

I've learned.... That everyone you meet deserves to be greeted with a smile.

I've learned.... That no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.

I've learned.... That life is tough, but I'm tougher.

I've learned.... That opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss.

I've learned.... That when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

I've learned.... That one should keep his words both soft and tender, because tomorrow he may have to eat them.

I've learned.... That I can't choose how I feel, but I can choose what I do about it.

I've learned.... That everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it.

I've learned ... That it is best to give advice in only two circumstances; when it is requested and when it is a life threatening situation.

Mobile Deep Linking Can Improve application developer Discoverability

SERPlisting

Google indexes mobile application deep links, and therefore application content can display in internet search engine search engine pages like a website would. This increases the likelihood of new users finding your application through search.

Deep Linking Can Provide You With Understanding Of Campaign Effectiveness

Since deep links can pass data, you are able to more precisely see which campaigns and sources are most effective in driving users for your application developer or driving downloads. Could it be via deep linked ads? SMS or email? Social networking? Referrals? You are able to attribute all sources using deep linking.

Deep Linking Best Practice

Since deep linking directs users to a particular content, it puts users on the different path compared to ideal user flow. What this means is you need to carefully plan how they'll be used and just how they'll present information towards the user.

Deep linking must think about the information hierarchy, architecture, and logic from the application. There might be intermediate steps which are needed for features and functionalities to operate, for instance. In these instances, deep linking would send users to some screen where they wouldn’t have the ability to carry out the actions.

To help make the experience as seamless as you possibly can, you need to make sure that deep links take users straight to the information with no logins needed or interstitial pages displaying. If you can't plan how deep linking structure works with regards to the architecture and logic of the application, it can lead to an undesirable consumer experience.

While developer adoption of mobile application developer deep linking was slow, it’s becoming an extremely important component of excellent products. The possibility to boost the consumer experience, improve application discoverability, increase downloads and retention, as well as drive revenue make mobile deep linking valuable from both a developer and user perspective.

Great Pulteney Street

Commissioned by Sir William Pulteney, it was designed by the architect Thomas Baldwin and completed in 1789. The Corporation of Bath wanted to expand the boundaries of the City, and Sir William's estate was conveniently situated just over the other side of the River Avon.

At over 1,000 feet (300 m) long and 100 feet (30 m) wide, the road itself is the widest and the grandest in Bath. However, the architect, Baldwin, designed only the façades of buildings. A variety of owners acquired plots of land along the new street and built the actual structures behind the façades, so that while the street has a visual unity, the buildings have different internal features, some having been designed as private houses and others as hotels.

It was foreseen that, along with the access provided by Pulteney Bridge, the eastern side of the Avon would become popular with speculators and developers. This appears not to have been the case, and in the event no further developments were made on this scale. Indeed, one of the side streets off Great Pulteney Street, called Sunderland Street, is the shortest street in the city, with only one address. After 1789, the financial climate did not encourage further building, as the Panic of 1797, related to a period of deflation between 1793 and 1800, was followed by the Napoleonic Wars, which saw the Depression of 1807. Bath was also affected by a serious flood in 1809, hich would have inundated the basements in Great Pulteney Street as well as the surrounding fields.

Famous former residents of the street have included the novelist Jane Austen and the anti-slavery campaigner William Wilberforce. Numbers 1 to 7 were a single government office, now designated as a Grade I listed building. Numbers 41A and 42 to 77 have also been Grade I listed.

Drawings of all the building plans (including many proposals that were never built) can be viewed in the Victoria Art Gallery situated on the corner of Pulteney Bridge and Grand Parade.

Urban Depression.

I must say that I was a bit depressed when I saw the amount of empty retail space in Limerick and then I came across the "Opera Centre" which has become a stalled development.

The Opera Centre is a planned shopping centre in Limerick City. The development has received the go-ahead from An Bord Pleanala. Intended as a development for the city centre, one of the entrances will face the river at Bank Place, the other entrance will be on the junction of Patrick Street and Ellen Street. The complex has been named by the developers in honour of Limerick's famous "rags to riches" 18th century soprano Catherine Hayes. The most striking aspects to the design of the Opera Centre are the two modern glass fronted entrances, set to become the flagship features. Other plans include the building of a stand alone three storey café / bar and restaurant with landscaped plaza and decking at Bank Place. The other stand-out feature to the multi-million development is the "Sky Bridge", a glass and steel pedestrian bridge, which will link a new multi-storey car park on Denmark Street with the centre at Ellen Street.

The project will involve the demolition of a substantial number of historic Georgian buildings. This has raised heritage concerns given that Limerick has the largest collection of Georgian architecture in Ireland outside of Georgian Dublin. In some cases the facades will be maintained but in general the outside perimeter will house service corridors. As a result, Patrick Street, Ellen Street and Micheal Street are likely to suffer a significant drop in footfall as the business and retail entrances disappear from these streets. The inward facing nature of the development has been criticised as being retrograde; in contrast, most newer inner-city shopping centre plans (for example that planned for Arnotts or the redevelopment of the ILAC centre) attempt to face outwards adding life to the existing streets.

The project has been described the largest shopping centre in Munster.

The Original Developer, a Belfast Company called Regeneration Developments Ltd has now sold on the plans and site of The Opera Centre to a Dublin Property Developer.

The development stalled following the economic downturn from 2008 onwards as the developers behind the project fell into financial difficulties. It is believed that NAMA will now decide the future of the shopping centre. The stalled development now means a large area of the commercial center of Limerick is now vacant and in a deteriorating condition as many of the older shops that occupied the streets affected closed to facilitate the construction of the shopping centre. Construction was to begin in July 2008 however it is expected the development will not commence for some time. Personally, I do not believe that it will ever go ahead.

NBR Land Developers,is a young, dynamic and vibrant real estate developer from Bangalore formed to fulfill the aspirations of people to have their own house.

The 24 Sycamores Playground is located at York Avenue, between East 60th and 61st Streets. The site consists of land formerly underwater and property once owned by the Standard Oil Company of New York (Socony). In 1943 Parks Commissioner Robert Moses suggested that the land be transferred to the Parks Department because the area was lacking "active recreation facilities." The majority of the property (.525 acre) was surrendered by the Commissioner of Marine and Aviation and transferred to Parks on March 11, 1943. The remaining piece of the property (.097 acre) was bought by Parks from Socony on August 13, 1943.

The playground was built in the mid-1940s. It cost $45,000 and included an open area for roller skating, a pipe frame exercise unit, a slide, a sand pit, seesaws, swings, and a shower basin at the north end of the park. In addition, a handball court and a comfort station were built. Both of these features remain today. In the spring of 1975 a portion of the playground was closed to the public due to the construction of the Roosevelt Island Aerial Tramway Tower #2.

Until 1985 the playground was unnamed. But when a real estate developer sought to raze the site as part of a highrise building project, the playground was given its present name by Commissioner Henry J. Stern. The name "24 Sycamores" is a protective measure, letting prospective developers know that the trees have been carefully counted, and their destruction will not go undetected.

In July of 1992 the Friends of 24 Sycamores group was formed to advocate the reconstruction of the playground. They initiated a campaign that included fundraising and work on a new layout for the playground. In 1995 Council Member Charles Millard funded the reconstruction of 24 Sycamores Playground at a cost of $797,000. This renovation brought many new additions as well as major improvements to 24 Sycamores Playground. Existing handball courts were reconstructed, basketball courts were added, new play equipment was installed, a spray shower was built, and new drinking fountains and benches were added. Seating areas were redesigned, and the site was made accessible for the handicapped. A growing sinkhole, which was of great concern to the surrounding neighborhood, was stabilized. Although two new sycamore trees were planted-the name of the playground remained the same.

Pearland is a city in the U.S. state of Texas, within Houston–The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area. Most of the city is in Brazoria County, with portions extending into Fort Bend and Harris counties. As of the 2010 census, the city's population was 91,252, up from a population of 37,640 at the 2000 census. Pearland's population growth rate from 2000 to 2010 was 142 percent, which ranked Pearland as the 15th fastest growing city in the U.S. during that time period, compared to other cities with a population of 10,000 or greater in 2000. Pearland is the third largest city in the Houston MSA, and from 2000 to 2010, ranked as the fastest growing city in the Houston MSA and the second fastest growing city in Texas.

The area that is now Pearland had its humble beginnings near a siding switch on the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway in 1882. When a post office was established in 1893, the community was originally named Mark Belt. On September 24, 1894, the plat of "Pear Land" was filed with the Brazoria County courthouse by Witold von Zychlinski, a man of Polish nobility. At the time Pearland had many fruits harvested by residents. Zychlinski saw the pear trees and decided that "Pearland" would make a good name for the community.

Pearland was promoted by developers Allison & Richey Land Company as an "agricultural Eden". The first subdivision was called Suburban Gardens. The Galveston hurricane of 1900 and the Galveston hurricane of 1915 destroyed most of the fruit trees and slowed growth for a considerable period of time, and caused a period of desertification in the area. In 1914, with agriculture rebounding and the end of desertification, Pearland had a population of 400, but a devastating freeze in 1918 was another setback to the local farming enterprises. Oil was discovered nearby in 1934, which led to the development of the Hastings Oilfield, though it did not spur much growth, as the population fluctuated between 150 and 350. From the 1970s, the town has grown to its present-day population.

Pearland's workforce and community amenities have made Pearland an attractive location for large medical-related companies seeking new quarters.

Eighty-three percent of Pearland is residential, which is a major contributing factor to the high population. The city is home to many master-planned communities.

I like spiders, and I feel sorry for them. They are the good guys: They eat pesky bugs (1 spider = 2 000 fewer bugs in your house/year), they are shy and avoid humans, they don’t attack or bite, very few are dangerous (unless you live in Australia, where even the comfy chairs are venomous) and even then the survival rate of a venomous spider bite is 99%. But the normal human reaction to even the tiniest spider is, of course: “OMG! KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!” But recent arachnophobia research has shown that it’s not the being bitten-factor that scares, but the “legginess”, “speediness” and the “sudden movement”. I get that, that’s exactly why I’m afraid of tap dancers :-)
