Once the new space replaces the old enclosed back porch, there will be increased size in the kitchen to the left, and a new sitting room added to the master bedroom to the right. Existing house roofline will continue across the new space, and a full deck will have a footprint one foot more into the back yard....allowing about 18 inches gap between deck and the natural gas grill.

RMS MAURETANIA was one of the most famous ships ever built on Tyneside.
