Some staff in charge of the actual tours on the building had encounters with the supernatural. From swinging ropes on the gallows, noises on the kitchen, orbs and voices.

The ruins of the "Collégiale Saint-Léonard" (XI th century)
This collegiate church was built between 1082 and 1090 and burnt in 1794 after the Wars of Vendée. It is only known by the locals and has never been restored since the French Revolution.
