This piece was for a series I created called Suburban Decay: The Real American Dream. It portrays the subculture of my degenerate generation and the attitude we have developed towards life. The aesthetic is meant to be sexy, elegant, and trashy.
I took this for a competition, the theme was decay. I didn't win anything... well experience though...
Back pathway long since returned to natures processes. Hope Cal Poly Pomona's project comes through, yet former Earthside Nature Center's character & history is somehow integrated & preserved. Only wish I had known bout/ toured this open southern California natives space while in area as a lad. Pasadena hopefully will finally integrate the Eaton Canyon Wash pathways & the Golden Necklace Trail Project,

A departure for me, a study of a decaying farm cottage two up two down, no windows left, and open to the elements. It's a tiny building, went in search of something, but that's another story !
