This is the Olveston Historic Home in Port Chalmers, New Zealand. A wealthy Jewish businessman built this huge mansion on a large plot of land and richly furnished it. He had also compiled an extensive art collection, much of it from Japan.
His two daughters, who had no children of their own, gifted the house, along with all of its amazing contents, to the town, and it is now a tourist spot.
I wanted to take an interesting photo of the house from the outside, so I walked along the periphery the big property for several minutes until I found a view I really liked. The photo in the first comment below has more info about the house.

Downtown Christchurch. There are the usual multi-storied buildings, but also a nice central area that is open, with lots of restaurants, stores and outdoor shops. The city tour by rail service has the look of the San Francisco cable cars.

UK N. Somerset - Weston-super-Mare. The Marine Lake on a gloomy evening. Black and white. Silhouettes. Reflections.
Another attempt at creating an image in the style of a photographer whom I admire. Ran out of time to process it all the way before posting it in time for my 365... but reasonably close.
Lit with two studio strobes. Around the lens is a Paul C Buff ABR800 ring flash with a blue gel and a grid at close to minimum power providing fill. Up camera right is a White Lightning Ultra 600 with a grid and some barn doors at about 1/3 power. Both lights were triggered with Pocket Wizards. Processed in Capture One Pro.
Originally I tried this set-up with a white beauty dish but realized that I needed more controlled light so I swapped it out for a 7" reflector with a grid and barn doors.
