This is a series of photos that are not great compositions by any stretch of imagination. Also, an overhead sun is hardly the best lighting for landscape photography. These are just snap shots, as we momentarily paused our driving to get out of the car and take a shot of the vistas.
These landscapes offer a plethora of shapes, colors and textures. With a little bit of planning as well as finding the right time of the day, there are wonderful photographic opportunities. You just need to stay in the area for a few days...
