A sign along the runway at Puerta Cabezas airstrip. This is a rather long airstrip for the size of the town. It turns out that this airstrip was installed by the U.S. military a number of years back and was used to send off aircraft for the infamous Bay of Pigs invasion.

added different shades of green and black lines to try and give it a bit of depth so that Harley Quinn would pop more like the wolverine and joker illustrations I had done. I also used black to make contour lines and create shadows to give it more form.
