PVC was cut into rings at the hardware store, then into arcs at home

with a handsaw. A dremel sanded off stray bits and drilled the hole.

The tube is a spraypainted cable organizer --something that is

surprisingly hard to find in unsplit form! The Internet eventually

saved me; I got it for about $1.25/ft
