Continuing along Old ford Road Just off Crown roundabout. On the left fencing there are Met Police signs advising on cycle parking, hardly legible from road, unlikely to be read by cyclists attentive to traffic. Should be noted that most cyclists will have entered Victoria Park before getting to this point, due to poor signage.

*** i am torn between resuming my retreat photos and uploading my new pictures... my stream seem to be as jumbled as my thoughts and the season's many must dos... everything and everyone demands last minute attention... but it's the season when even when things seem to go wrong... we always end up making someone happy in the end...

and i'm choosing to upload a retreat photo to mark the last day of the novena masses... kinda symbolic in a way... like a preparation... there will be glitches and unforeseen things... but everything gets to be okay in the end... :)

Chicago Center (ZAU) continued its newly established tradition this month with the 4th "Oath of Office" according to ZAU FacRep Toby Hauck. "We are doing this quarterly and having a great response from the membership," Hauck said.

On each occasion, a Regional Administrator comes to administer the oath.

The occasion serves to recognize new Bargaining Unit Employees as the ZAU family welcomes them. Each member takes the oath individually to highlight the importance of his or her career to the people of the United States of America. The ceremony was attended by NATCA members, managers, and outside guests.
