I'm having a tough time covering cakes with fondant lately. With this mini cake I used the dried panel method. My only concern with this method is people don't know how to eat it because it's so hard. Using the regular method my cake tends smoosh and I don't get sharp corners. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The image from the outside conditions the thinking of the person who is observing it.

What is the interior distribution of the building to show a facade with this arrangement of windows?

This is a bit more grungy than my typical iPhone shots but hey I like it. I thought it gave the ferris wheel a spooky kind of mood.

The Kunsthaus Tacheles (Art House Tacheles), is an art center in Berlin, Germany, a large (9000 square meter) building on Oranienburger Straße in the district known as Mitte. Huge, colorful graffiti-style murals are painted on the exterior walls, and modern art sculptures are featured inside. The building houses an artists collective which is threatened with eviction.

Originally called "Friedrichsstadtpassagen", it was built as a department store in the Jewish quarter (Scheunenviertel) of Berlin, next to the synagogue.[2] Serving as a Nazi prison for a short while, it was later partially demolished. After the Berlin Wall had come down, it was taken over by artists, who called it Tacheles, Yiddish for "straight talking."[2] The building contained ateliers and workshops, a nightclub, and a cinema.

Two years ago on the first day of the new year I went to Santa Cruz, California, for sunset at the Twin Lakes State Beach. Late at night I went to the Santa Cruz Harbor. One yacht had a big illuminated peace sign, another was engulfed in lights in the shape of Starship Enterprise, the USS Enterprise of Star Trek. We need peaceful exploration, especially this year with uncertain political change in the USA.

I processed a balanced, a soft, and a paintery HDR photo from two RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

last week i was in Ibiza.

when we arrived in a beautifull bay, with almost no people,we saw a group of 10 dolphins show up.

they jumped and stayed for about 10 minutes.

it was a magical moment!
