Trombettista, cantante, compositore, arrangiatore e produttore, Till Brönner è oggi senza dubbio una delle star europee del jazz. Nato nel 1971 in Germania, ma cresciuto a Roma, Brönner segue sin da ragazzo le orme dei suoi idoli - Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, Freddie Hubbard, Dizzy Gillespie e Chet Baker. Generation of Jazz, il suo primo album da leader (con Ray Brown e Jeff Hamilton) catapulta un Brönner poco più che ventenne in vetta alla classifiche tedesche.
La conferma di questa consacrazione avviene poi con German Songs, terzo disco che riprende colonne sonore di vecchi film tedeschi, e poi via via con altri album come Rio, prodotto nel 2009 da Larry Klein e pubblicato alla prestigiosa Verve.
Tromba e voce alla Chet Baker, Till Brönner sa che fare musica significa comunicare, cercare un pubblico il più vasto possibile. Artista trasversale, che ha lavorato con musicisti tanto diversi come Dave Brubeck e Ray Brown, Snoop Dog e Carla Bruni, Till Brönner è già da alcuni anni il musicista jazz tedesco più venduto nella storia. Nel suo paese è conosciuto anche dal grande pubblico per le sue frequenti partecipazioni a show televisivi come “X Factor”. Nominato ai Grammy Award e vincitore di due Echo Awards, Brönner inaugurerà la 28. edizione di JazzAscona con due performance in programma giovedì 21 (Piazza Torre) e venerdì 22 giugno (galà ufficiale all’hotel Eden Roc). Lo accompagna un quintetto di classe, in cui spicca il sassofonista Magnus Lindgren.
Trumpeter, singer, composer, arranger, and producer, Till Brönner is undoubtedly one of Europe's jazz stars. Born in Germany in 1971 and raised in Rome, Brönner followed, from early on, the steps of his idols - Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, Freddie Hubbard, Dizzy Gillespie, and Chet Baker. In 1993 he cut his first album as a band leader, Generation of Jazz (with Ray Brown and Jeff Hamilton), which earned him the top of the German hit parades.
Following a series of many other albums, among them German Songs, which included old German film soundtracks and confirmed his success and Rio, produced in 2009 by Larry Klein and released by the prestigious label Verve.
A trumpet and voice that reminds you of Chet Baker, Till Brönner knows that making music means communicating, looking for a broad audience. He has worked with disparate musicians such as Brubeck and Ray Brown, Snoop Dog and Carla Bruni and is furthermore Germany's best-selling jazz artist. He is also known in his native country for his frequent appearances on TV shows such as “X Factor”. Nato a Münsterlingen, nel Canton Turgovia, nel 1972, Dani Felber è un giovane e promettente direttore d’orchestra, compositore e flicornista. Diplomatosi alla Hochschule für Musik di Bern nel 2001, ha fondato nello stesso anno la Dani Felber Big Band, una formazione che comprende 22 ottimi musicisti e che spazia dallo swing al pop. Sin dalla sua fondazione, l’orchestra ha suonato nella sale da ballo, a feste private e di gala in Germania, Svizzera e Austria. Nel 2007 la formazione è stata inclusa nella Big Band Hall of Fame di West Palm Beach, Florida, con il titolo di Ambassador of Big Band Music. Nel 2009 il gruppo ha registrato il suo quinto album, Sweet Breeze. La Big Band di Dani Felber sarà per la prima volta ad Ascona con 18 musicisti al seguito e una cantante. Suonerà in un SPECIAL EVENT in cui verrà tributato un omaggio al musicista e compositore americano Frank Foster, noto per la sua attività nell’ambito della Count Basie Orchestra.
Born in Münsterlingen, Switzerland, in 1972, young bandleader, composer, and flugelhorn player Dani Felber graduated from the Hochschule für Musik in Bern in 2001 and in the same year founded the Dani Felber Big Band, featuring 22 top musicians playing everything from swing to pop. Since then the orchestra has performed at all the biggest ballroom dances, parties, and gala events in German-speaking Europe. In 2007 the ensemble was inducted into the Big Band Hall of Fame in West Palm Beach, Florida, as Ambassador of Big Band Music. In 2009 the group released its fifth album, Sweet Breeze. The Dani Felber Big Band will be in Ascona for the first time with 18 musicians and a vocalist, for a one-time only concert during which they will pay tribute to American musician and composer Frank Foster, best known for his work with the Count Basie Orchestra.

In dieci brani, uno per ogni anno del decennio, Mike Sponza e Pete Brown raccontano i momenti più luminosi e bui del periodo storico dalla guerra fredda alla crisi dei missili cubani, dall'omicidio di John F. Guitarist, singer, and composer Mike Sponza is back with his newest album, “Made in the Sixties”. In ten tracks, one for each year of the decade, Mike Sponza and Pete Brown recount the brightest and darkest moments of the historic period from the Cold War to the Cuban missile crisis, the murder of John F. Kennedy, the artistic turning point of Bob Dylan and the student movement of '68 among others. “An album dedicated to the '60s,” says Mike Sponza, “a decade that fascinates me in so many ways. There is so much to say about it ...”.

Der Gitarrist, Sänger und Komponist Mike Sponza präsentiert sein neues Album mit bisher unveröffentlichtem Material. "Made in the Sixties" ist sein Tribute an die legendären Sixties. Zehn Titel, jeder für ein Jahr, und alle nehmen Bezug auf die Geschehnisse dieser Dekade, vom Kalten Krieg über die Kubakrise bis zur Ermordung Kennedys, den Griff Bob Dylans zur elektrischen Gitarre und der Studentenbewegung der 68er. Geschrieben hat er die Nummern gemeinsam mit Pete Brown, aufgenommen wurde das Album in den Abbey Road Studios in London. Es ist eine Hommage an das Jahrzehnt, in dem Sponza geboren wurde und von dem er fasziniert ist. Die Titel widerspiegeln Licht- und Schattenseiten dieser Dekade. Diplomatosi alla Hochschule für Musik di Bern nel 2001, ha fondato nello stesso anno la Dani Felber Big Band, una formazione che comprende 22 ottimi musicisti e che spazia dallo swing al pop. Sin dalla sua fondazione, l’orchestra ha suonato nella sale da ballo, a feste private e di gala in Germania, Svizzera e Austria. Nel 2007 la formazione è stata inclusa nella Big Band Hall of Fame di West Palm Beach, Florida, con il titolo di Ambassador of Big Band Music. Nel 2009 il gruppo ha registrato il suo quinto album, Sweet Breeze. La Big Band di Dani Felber sarà per la prima volta ad Ascona con 18 musicisti al seguito e una cantante. Sassofonista, cantante, compositore e showman Ray Gelato è un artista affermato a livello mondiale. La sua carriera inizia nel 1982, con la partecipazione nei Chevalier Brothers, un gruppo che si impone in breve tempo come la punta di lancia del revival dello swing degli anni ’40 e ’50. Tournée internazionali e numerose incisioni caratterizzano l’ascesa della band. Nel 1988 Gelato rafforza il suo ruolo di bandleader e front man, dando vita a una propria formazione, la Ray Gelato and the Giants of Jive, che preannuncia la nascita, nel 1994, dell’attuale Ray Gelato’s Giants.
Popolare anche in Italia, Ray Gelato è un vero animale da palcoscenico. La sua presenza scenica e il suo leggendario senso dello spettacolo, assieme a un repertorio che prende ispirazione dalla musica di Louis Prima, fanno di lui un artista molto richiesto. Gelato ha calcato le scene più prestigiose (Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Umbria Jazz, Montreal, ecc), ha suonato per personaggi del calibro di Paul McCartney, la regina Elisabetta II, e si è esibito in apertura dei concerti di Robbie Williams in occasione della tournée del 2001. Ospite di numerosi programmi TV, ha avuto proprie canzoni incluse in colonne sonore di film (Enigma nel 2001, The Perfect Man nel 2005) ed ha ottenuto tre nomination al premio “Heart of Jazz Award” di BBC Radio 2. Curiosamente, è anche autore di un libro di cuicina Cookin’ With Ray.

The London-born son of a U.S. airman, tenor saxophonist, vocalist, composer, chef, and consummate performer Ray Gelato has put together a 30 year career in music as diverse and interesting as his eclectic origins. Gelato got his start in 1982 performing with The Chevalier Brothers, a group that began busking in London subway stations and led a 1940s and 50s swing revival that culminated in numerous records and world tours. In 1988 Gelato cemented his status as a band-leader and front man when he formed Ray Gelato and the Giants of Jive, a precursor to his current formation which started in 1994.
Ray Gelato’s Giants has performed at some of the largest venues and festivals in the world, including Carnegie Hall, The Royal Albert Hall in London, the Umbria Jazz Festival in Italy, and the Montreal Jazz Festival. Gelato’s legendary showmanship and stage presence also generated a number of unique opportunities to perform: at Bryan Adam’s 2001 birthday party and at Paul McCartney’s 2002 wedding; as the opening act for Robbie Williams in 2001; to Queen Elizabeth II at The Ritz Hotel London in 2002; multiple spots on ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Top of the Pops 2; and featured songs in the movies Enigma (2001) and The Perfect Man (2005). Nominated three times for BBC Radio 2’s “Heart of Jazz Award” and author of the cookbook Cookin’ With Ray, Ray Gelato brings exuberance and showmanship to his performances that conjure his musical godfather, Louis Prima.

Nato a Münsterlingen, nel Canton Turgovia, nel 1972, Dani Felber è un giovane e promettente direttore d’orchestra, compositore e flicornista. Diplomatosi alla Hochschule für Musik di Bern nel 2001, ha fondato nello stesso anno la Dani Felber Big Band, una formazione che comprende 22 ottimi musicisti e che spazia dallo swing al pop. Sin dalla sua fondazione, l’orchestra ha suonato nella sale da ballo, a feste private e di gala in Germania, Svizzera e Austria. Nel 2007 la formazione è stata inclusa nella Big Band Hall of Fame di West Palm Beach, Florida, con il titolo di Ambassador of Big Band Music. Nel 2009 il gruppo ha registrato il suo quinto album, Sweet Breeze. La Big Band di Dani Felber sarà per la prima volta ad Ascona con 18 musicisti al seguito e una cantante. Suonerà in un SPECIAL EVENT in cui verrà tributato un omaggio al musicista e compositore americano Frank Foster, noto per la sua attività nell’ambito della Count Basie Orchestra.
Born in Münsterlingen, Switzerland, in 1972, young bandleader, composer, and flugelhorn player Dani Felber graduated from the Hochschule für Musik in Bern in 2001 and in the same year founded the Dani Felber Big Band, featuring 22 top musicians playing everything from swing to pop. Since then the orchestra has performed at all the biggest ballroom dances, parties, and gala events in German-speaking Europe. In 2007 the ensemble was inducted into the Big Band Hall of Fame in West Palm Beach, Florida, as Ambassador of Big Band Music. In 2009 the group released its fifth album, Sweet Breeze. The Dani Felber Big Band will be in Ascona for the first time with 18 musicians and a vocalist, for a one-time only concert during which they will pay tribute to American musician and composer Frank Foster, best known for his work with the Count Basie Orchestra.

Sassofonista, cantante, compositore e showman Ray Gelato è un artista affermato a livello mondiale. La sua carriera inizia nel 1982, con la partecipazione nei Chevalier Brothers, un gruppo che si impone in breve tempo come la punta di lancia del revival dello swing degli anni ’40 e ’50. Tournée internazionali e numerose incisioni caratterizzano l’ascesa della band. Nel 1988 Gelato rafforza il suo ruolo di bandleader e front man, dando vita a una propria formazione, la Ray Gelato and the Giants of Jive, che preannuncia la nascita, nel 1994, dell’attuale Ray Gelato’s Giants.
Popolare anche in Italia, Ray Gelato è un vero animale da palcoscenico. La sua presenza scenica e il suo leggendario senso dello spettacolo, assieme a un repertorio che prende ispirazione dalla musica di Louis Prima, fanno di lui un artista molto richiesto. Gelato ha calcato le scene più prestigiose (Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Umbria Jazz, Montreal, ecc), ha suonato per personaggi del calibro di Paul McCartney, la regina Elisabetta II, e si è esibito in apertura dei concerti di Robbie Williams in occasione della tournée del 2001. Ospite di numerosi programmi TV, ha avuto proprie canzoni incluse in colonne sonore di film (Enigma nel 2001, The Perfect Man nel 2005) ed ha ottenuto tre nomination al premio “Heart of Jazz Award” di BBC Radio 2. Curiosamente, è anche autore di un libro di cuicina Cookin’ With Ray.
Sarà per la prima volta al festival Ascona, protagonista di uno dei concerti più attesi, in programma il 25 giugno, in cui sarà dato ampio spazio alla muisica di Louis Prima, di cui ricorre quest’anno il centenario della nscita.
The London-born son of a U.S. airman, tenor saxophonist, vocalist, composer, chef, and consummate performer Ray Gelato has put together a 30 year career in music as diverse and interesting as his eclectic origins. Gelato got his start in 1982 performing with The Chevalier Brothers, a group that began busking in London subway stations and led a 1940s and 50s swing revival that culminated in numerous records and world tours. In 1988 Gelato cemented his status as a band-leader and front man when he formed Ray Gelato and the Giants of Jive, a precursor to his current formation which started in 1994.
Ray Gelato’s Giants has performed at some of the largest venues and festivals in the world, including Carnegie Hall, The Royal Albert Hall in London, the Umbria Jazz Festival in Italy, and the Montreal Jazz Festival. Gelato’s legendary showmanship and stage presence also generated a number of unique opportunities to perform: at Bryan Adam’s 2001 birthday party and at Paul McCartney’s 2002 wedding; as the opening act for Robbie Williams in 2001; to Queen Elizabeth II at The Ritz Hotel London in 2002; multiple spots on ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Top of the Pops 2; and featured songs in the movies Enigma (2001) and The Perfect Man (2005). Nominated three times for BBC Radio 2’s “Heart of Jazz Award” and author of the cookbook Cookin’ With Ray, Ray Gelato brings exuberance and showmanship to his performances that conjure his musical godfather, Louis Prima.
For the first time at Jazz Ascona, Gelato will stage one of this year’s most anticipated performances: on June 25, in honor of the centennial of Louis Prima’s birth, a special concert embracing the diversity and exuberance of jazz’s most celebrated performers.

Trombettista, cantante, compositore, arrangiatore e produttore, Till Brönner è oggi senza dubbio una delle star europee del jazz. Nato nel 1971 in Germania, ma cresciuto a Roma, Brönner segue sin da ragazzo le orme dei suoi idoli - Louis Armstrong, Charlie Parker, Freddie Hubbard, Dizzy Gillespie e Chet Baker. Generation of Jazz, il suo primo album da leader (con Ray Brown e Jeff Hamilton) catapulta un Brönner poco più che ventenne in vetta alla classifiche tedesche.
La conferma di questa consacrazione avviene poi con German Songs, terzo disco che riprende colonne sonore di vecchi film tedeschi, e poi via via con altri album come Rio, prodotto nel 2009 da Larry Klein e pubblicato alla prestigiosa Verve.
Tromba e voce alla Chet Baker, Till Brönner sa che fare musica significa comunicare, cercare un pubblico il più vasto possibile. Artista trasversale, che ha lavorato con musicisti tanto diversi come Dave Brubeck e Ray Brown, Snoop Dog e Carla Bruni, Till Brönner è già da alcuni anni il musicista jazz tedesco più venduto nella storia. Nel suo paese è conosciuto anche dal grande pubblico per le sue frequenti partecipazioni a show televisivi come “X Factor”. Nominato ai Grammy Award e vincitore di due Echo Awards, Brönner inaugurerà la 28. edizione di JazzAscona con due performance in programma giovedì 21 (Piazza Torre) e venerdì 22 giugno (galà ufficiale all’hotel Eden Roc). Lo accompagna un quintetto di classe, in cui spicca il sassofonista Magnus Lindgren.

Sassofonista, cantante, compositore e showman Ray Gelato è un artista affermato a livello mondiale. La sua carriera inizia nel 1982, con la partecipazione nei Chevalier Brothers, un gruppo che si impone in breve tempo come la punta di lancia del revival dello swing degli anni ’40 e ’50. Tournée internazionali e numerose incisioni caratterizzano l’ascesa della band. Nel 1988 Gelato rafforza il suo ruolo di bandleader e front man, dando vita a una propria formazione, la Ray Gelato and the Giants of Jive, che preannuncia la nascita, nel 1994, dell’attuale Ray Gelato’s Giants.
Popolare anche in Italia, Ray Gelato è un vero animale da palcoscenico. La sua presenza scenica e il suo leggendario senso dello spettacolo, assieme a un repertorio che prende ispirazione dalla musica di Louis Prima, fanno di lui un artista molto richiesto. Gelato ha calcato le scene più prestigiose (Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Umbria Jazz, Montreal, ecc), ha suonato per personaggi del calibro di Paul McCartney, la regina Elisabetta II, e si è esibito in apertura dei concerti di Robbie Williams in occasione della tournée del 2001. Ospite di numerosi programmi TV, ha avuto proprie canzoni incluse in colonne sonore di film (Enigma nel 2001, The Perfect Man nel 2005) ed ha ottenuto tre nomination al premio “Heart of Jazz Award” di BBC Radio 2. Curiosamente, è anche autore di un libro di cuicina Cookin’ With Ray.
Sarà per la prima volta al festival Ascona, protagonista di uno dei concerti più attesi, in programma il 25 giugno, in cui sarà dato ampio spazio alla muisica di Louis Prima, di cui ricorre quest’anno il centenario della nscita.
The London-born son of a U.S. airman, tenor saxophonist, vocalist, composer, chef, and consummate performer Ray Gelato has put together a 30 year career in music as diverse and interesting as his eclectic origins. Gelato got his start in 1982 performing with The Chevalier Brothers, a group that began busking in London subway stations and led a 1940s and 50s swing revival that culminated in numerous records and world tours. In 1988 Gelato cemented his status as a band-leader and front man when he formed Ray Gelato and the Giants of Jive, a precursor to his current formation which started in 1994.
Ray Gelato’s Giants has performed at some of the largest venues and festivals in the world, including Carnegie Hall, The Royal Albert Hall in London, the Umbria Jazz Festival in Italy, and the Montreal Jazz Festival. Gelato’s legendary showmanship and stage presence also generated a number of unique opportunities to perform: at Bryan Adam’s 2001 birthday party and at Paul McCartney’s 2002 wedding; as the opening act for Robbie Williams in 2001; to Queen Elizabeth II at The Ritz Hotel London in 2002; multiple spots on ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Top of the Pops 2; and featured songs in the movies Enigma (2001) and The Perfect Man (2005). Nominated three times for BBC Radio 2’s “Heart of Jazz Award” and author of the cookbook Cookin’ With Ray, Ray Gelato brings exuberance and showmanship to his performances that conjure his musical godfather, Louis Prima.

Nato a Münsterlingen, nel Canton Turgovia, nel 1972, Dani Felber è un giovane e promettente direttore d’orchestra, compositore e flicornista. Diplomatosi alla Hochschule für Musik di Bern nel 2001, ha fondato nello stesso anno la Dani Felber Big Band, una formazione che comprende 22 ottimi musicisti e che spazia dallo swing al pop. Sin dalla sua fondazione, l’orchestra ha suonato nella sale da ballo, a feste private e di gala in Germania, Svizzera e Austria. Nel 2007 la formazione è stata inclusa nella Big Band Hall of Fame di West Palm Beach, Florida, con il titolo di Ambassador of Big Band Music. Nel 2009 il gruppo ha registrato il suo quinto album, Sweet Breeze. La Big Band di Dani Felber sarà per la prima volta ad Ascona con 18 musicisti al seguito e una cantante. Suonerà in un SPECIAL EVENT in cui verrà tributato un omaggio al musicista e compositore americano Frank Foster, noto per la sua attività nell’ambito della Count Basie Orchestra.

Einerseits ist da Stefano Bollani, berühmter Pianist, Komponist und Unterhalter, unbestritten ein Talent im internationalen italienischen Jazz und der letzte Künstler des Bel Paese, der Aufnahmen für das berühmte Label ECM gemacht hat; anderseits Irene Grandi, italienische Sängerin und Autorin, die ihr Können mehrfach bewiesen hat und im Pop berühmt wurde, jedoch immer eine ausgeprägte Neigung zum Soul, Blues und Jazz zeigte - mit ihrer grossartigen Stimme kennt sie keine musikalischen und stilistischen Grenzen. Die beiden wandelbaren Künstler, die bereits im Programm “Sostiene Bollani” zusammen gearbeitet und ein Album mit dem Titel “Irene Grandi & Stefano Bollani” herausgegeben haben, bringen ein unglaubliches, zauberhaftes Konzert nach Ascona, mit zwei Pianos und Gesang, ein einzigartiges, so noch nicht präsentiertes Spektakel, das extra für den glänzenden Rahmen von Ascona kreiert wurde.
Chamber choir Head Ööd, Vend came together in the spring of 2008 for Uku Uusberg’s diploma play of the same name. The choir has given many concerts in the most beautiful churches all over Estonia, and also in Dome Church St. Mary in Visby, Gotland. During its activity, HÖV has organized many concerts, among them the concert in the time of souls, which has become a tradition. In the last concert there were two world premiers performed: Pärt Uusberg´s „Sicut Cervus“ and Joosep Trumm´s „Valge Roosi sönad“ („Words of White Rose“). The first acknowledgment of the choir came in 2009 in Tartu at the Estonian Mixed Choirs' Competition „Tuljak“, where they received I prize in category B. What is more, `Head Ööd, Vend´ participated in the International Choir Festival `Tallinn 2009´, where the choir came III in the category of chamber choirs, and also in Pärnu International Choir Festival, where `Head Ööd, Vend´ received a golden diploma. The latest acknowledgement was achieved in 2013 in Tartu at the Estonian Mixed Choirs' Competition „Tuljak“, where they received I prize in category A and a special prize for the best performance of competition name-song „Tuljak“. The repertoire of the choir consists of a capella music covering many eras where contemporary choir music and early music are of the utmost importance. As the choir mostly performs in churches, the repertoire has to be spiritually and aesthetically suitable to be sang under church arches. As the founder and conductor of the choir is a renowned young composer, then HÖV has performed most of the world premiers of P.Uusberg‘s pieces.The choir is now conducted by Külli Kiivet and Pärt Uusberg, who is a young Estonian composer and choral conductor.
Il coro da camera Good night brother si è formato nel 2008 in occasione dell’esecuzione per il diploma del compositore Uku Uusberg. Il coro si è esibito in molti concerti in alcune delle più belle chiese dell’Estonia. Durante la sua attività il gruppo ha organizzato diversi eventi tra i quali il concerto „ il tempo delle anime“ che è diventato una tradizione. Negli ultimi concerti sono state eseguite due premieres mondiali: il Sicut Cervus di Pärt Uusberg e „Words of White Rose“ di Joosep Trumm. Il primo successo del coro è arrivato nel 2009 al concorso nazionale per cori misti di Tartu, dove hanno ottenuto il primo premio nella categoria B. Inoltre il gruppo ha partecipato al festival corale inernazionale di Tallinn, sempre nel 2009, dove il coro si è piazzato terzo nella categoria di cori da camera; ha partecipato anche al festival di Pärnu, dove ha ottenuto un diploma d’oro. L’ultimo riconoscimento è stato raggiunto nel 2013 al concorso nazionale per cori misti „Tuljak“ di Tartu dove hanno vinto il primo premio nella categoria A ed il premio speciale per la migliore esibizione. Il repertorio del gruppo consiste in brani esuguiti a cappella che fanno parte di diverse epoche, con particolare riguardo alla musica contemporanea e moderna. Poichè il coro si esibisce principalemnte nelle chiese il repertorio è prettamente sacro. Siccome il fondatore e direttore del coro è il giovane compositore P.Uusberg molto spesso nelle loro esibizioni vengono presentate le sue opere. Gli Antimatter sono una band irlandese/inglese formata nel 1998 da Duncan Patterson (precedente bassista e compositore degli Anathema) e da Mick Moss.
Storia
La band registra nel 1999 un demo ma questo non ha molta fortuna, tanto che furono necessari quasi due anni perché si presentasse la prima etichetta, la Icon records. Con questa registrano e debuttano con l'album Saviour. Successivamente l'apporto dell'etichetta sembra non essere sufficiente per il gruppo e Duncan Patterson inaugura la sua etichetta personale Strangelight Records proprio con gli Antimatter, lasciando massima creatività al gruppo. I primi album degli Antimatter, Saviour e Lights Out, si focalizzano su una linea vocale melodica, un'elettronica dark ed i bilanciamenti sul confine tra il gothic e il trip hop, mentre gli altri lavori Planetary Confinement e Leaving Eden accompagnano più di un acustico basato su un suono di Melancholic Rock, ormai abbandonate le fredde e cupe atmosfere elettroniche per ritornare al vero suono degli strumenti. Poco dopo l'ultimazione dell'album Planetary Confinement, Patterson lascia la band. Moss ha continuato e ha realizzato il progetto del quarto album Leaving Eden, nei primi mesi del 2007.

Since their formation 15 years ago, and fronted by long-time member Mick Moss, Antimatter have moved through a broad range of musical identities. The debut âSaviourâ (best album and best newcomer of the year, Psycho! Magazine, 2001) launched the project with a heavy vein in electronica, whilst âPlanetary Confinementâ, four years later, saw a completely acoustic canvass. The next, much celebrated âLeaving Edenâ album sealed the chameleonic nature of Antimatter, portrayed this time as a classic rock outfit. Over the years, tracks have been selected for programming use by the BBC and MTV, others have crossed over to different genres with their use by German rapper Bushido, reaching number 14 and 16 in the German charts, whist Mossâ vocal guest on the single âBroken Smileâ helped the track reach the official number 1 spot in Armenia, in 2012. Antimatter have headlined at the prestigious âWave Gotik Treffenâ (2009), âHard Rock Laagerâ (2003) the recent â1st Annual Rock Festâ in Armenia. Most recently we have seen the new-wave influenced âFear Of A Unique Identityâ (entering the German newcomer charts at number 6), leaving us with the question, what will they sound like next? One thing is for sure, the introspective, sociological lyrics, dark musical vibe, and Mossâs soulful vocals, all staples of Antimatterâs trademark texture, will remain.

Nella Chiesa di San Giuseppe è sepolto Gasparo da Salò, inventore del violino e Benedetto Marcello celeberrimo compositore veneziano.
La Chiesa di San Giuseppe a Brescia fu completata nel 1578. All'interno vi sono 20 cappelle dedicate a Santi protettori di vari mestieri.
In the Church of St. Joseph is buried Gasparo da Salò, inventor of the violin and Benedetto Marcello famous Venetian composer.
The Church of St. Joseph in Brescia was completed in 1578. Inside there are 20 chapels dedicated to Saints protectors from various professions.
