Another crack at a composite, the photo is mine but I've added the Panda... we don't get a lot of Pandas here

Shot this with 3 lights. A speedlite on either side in small photoflex softboxes with grids and a shoot through umbrella for fill.

As always your comments are appreciated.

A composite of a ballerina in practice. I added a photo of sand dunes as the backdrop and shadows and lighting for effect. Thought I would upload this while I am processing photos from my recent trip to Africa.

I just realized, this looks like a person with its tongue out.

A composite. Two subject that I am very fascinated with are the American Bald Eagle and Earth's own natural satellite, the moon. Both have been difficult subjects for me to photograph. Here I have combined two of my images to make this composite.

As soon as I saw it, I had to give it a try. This is my first attempt at the heart composite.

2-exposure composite shot. Green and blue channels from a visible light image (the red and green channels respectively,) red channel is a grayscale 720nm image.

Shot with a full spectrum Sony a6000, and Micro-Nikkor 55mm f/3.5. Unfortunately, the lack of lens data means I have no idea what aperture I shot these at, but it was probably f/8 or f/11.

Exposure settings:

Visible - ISO 320, f/?, 1/500th

720nm - ISO 320, f/?, 1 sec

Playing around with some HDR composite imaging. A quick and dirty edit as some would call it, used Lightroom and Luminance to come up with this one.

Week No. 45: Composite

Category: Creative

This is a composite image created on 15 November 2020 from photos I took in the past.

Base layer of sunrise. Minor color adjustments to enhance the redness. From www.flickr.com/gp/157755164@N06/67Y2s6

Second layer of jet with contrails. Selected region around jet and contrails and copied to another layer. Selected sky color and then inverted the selection, then copied and pasted to layer on base image. Sized, rotated, and aligned behind moon. Enhance contrail colors. From www.flickr.com/gp/157755164@N06/2h7nM9

Third layer of moon. Selected circle around moon and copied. Selected sky color and inverted selection and copied and pasted to layer on base image. Sized, rotated, and aligned on top of sun. From flic.kr/p/2k4uJS1

Top layer of top of the sun. This was so that it appeared to be in front of the moon. Copied top of sun from base image using ellipse and rectangular selectors. Painted out some red on the edge of the red sky that showed on top of the moon.
