Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a pink or purple day at Color my World Daily and we have a very awesome theme at Smile on Saturday: composite images.
I must admit it wasn’t an easy one for me. I’m truly a huge fan of composite images and I would love to be able to create awesome pictures and magical composite worlds… Unfortunately I’m not very skillful at picture manipulation and I rarely use composite pictures in my photos. Maybe that is something I should learn. This theme is perfect for starting this learning process. And here we have this composite flying world which doesn’t make sense at all. Maybe it is an alcohol induced vision which was in my head, who knows ? I hope you will like it and I hope it will make you smile ! Of course it involves an egg... floating egg.
Mucho, mucho amor for you all !!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!!

I've never seen a moon in the sky that, if it didn't take my breath away, at least misplaced it for a moment. - Colin Farrell

For Smile on Saturday "composite image" theme.
Well that was a steep learning curve. I've played about with adding textures, but trying to make a whole new image from 3 different photos was totally new to me, but fun.
I started with the picture of the girl on the edge of the cliff near Beachy Head, added the Went Hill tree and then an image of the moon that I took last April. I think I might have got carried away with my Photoshop bird brushes from Trudy Kepke!

I did a pair composite of this species a few years back but I wanted to improve on that with a more natural looking final image. I knew with the irruption of this species this winter at that location I would have an opportunity to get some images I could work with to that end. I am happy with this one just wish there was some falling snow.

#35/52, Composite Images, 52 weeks, the 2022 edition
This is an early work of mine , taken with just a simple compact digital camera held up to the eyepiece of my telescope. Finally combined in Photoshop.
