Went away for 2 weeks and came back to find windows and fire exit door had been fitted and the building was completely bricked up.
To the right of the garage, the just-completed metal frame shelter stands covering the travel trailer. The Small Orange Pickup has the utility trailer with a pallet of energy logs waiting to be unloaded. Fernley House stands behind both structures.

Body work is pretty much done. Found a problem with the New PG. Because the neck is 22 frets instead 21 it doesn't quite fit with the PG, but that's an easy fix. I measured the difference between the two and I cut it out with an exacto knife.
With embellishments, of course. Please note that the top in this instance is a fully boned corset: That cannot be included in the course of this reward. A standard blouse or a sleeveless, lightly poly boned top can be utilized instead.

Most of our builds are customer order but every so often we get a chance to build up a bike just the way we want to and sell it complete.
This matte black stealthy F550 build is primed and ready to roll straight out and mash the streets. We've used mostly black unbranded components to make the silhouette pop, and a pair of Mavic box rims for extra strength on the roads. Up top is a high pair of riser bars for street-dominance, man, this build is wicked. We're so happy about our Lattice Chainring that we've included it as well.

My 241 Tote (pattern by Anna Graham!), is now complete. It's made with prints from Lizzy House's fabric lines (Lizzy Dish, Red Letter Day, Castle Peeps, 1001 Peeps, Outfoxed), and now has been adorned with Outfoxed pins! I love collecting pins and could not pass these up when she listed them in her shop! :)

On the 18th March 2015 I finally arrived at Kanchanaburi again to complete the parts I had missed on my last journey. This time however I went by taxi, a friend I had known for some time took me. The fare for the whole day was only 2500 Baht, but I did buy him a meal and drinks while on the journey. Plus the usual tip for the day. Giving this tip gets you a better day rate, but you need to talk to the driver or know him for this to work. The drive which took in Samut Sakhon, then Ratchaburi and onto Kanchanaburi, commenced at 06.30 am and took around 2 hours. Arriving at Kanchanaburi about 08.30 am. First port of call was the cemetery I had missed the last trip. Don Rak or Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, located on Sang Chuto road.
There are 6,982 former POWs buried in this cemetery mostly Australian, British and Dutch. There are 1,896 Dutch war graves, the rest being from Britain and the Commonwealth. Those who died, were originally buried in makeshift graves at various locations along the Death Railway line. After the war ended, Don Rak cemetery was established ( in its current form ) in February 1956 as a memorial to the fallen with the names, ages and regiments of the soldiers engraved on the headstones, where the identity of a soldier is unknown a simple inscription reads - A soldier of the 1939 - 1945 war, known unto God.
The entrance contains a small altar pavilion with a variety of plaques and memorials. Some 300 men who died ( mostly from a Cholera epidemic in May to June 1943 ) at Nieke camp ( 130 kilometre camp ) were cremated and their ashes now lie in two graves in the cemetery. The names of these men are inscribed on panels in the entrance pavilion. A large memorial cross stands like a beacon of hope and remembrance in the centre of this cemetery. The grim task of locating and exhuming the dead was entrusted to an Allied War Graves Commission survey party consisting of Allied officers, volunteers from former prisoners and a Japanese translator ( who was so affected by his experiences that he dedicated his energies after the war to transnational reconciliation in Kanchanaburi ). The party left Ban Pong, Thailand on 22nd of September 1945 for Thanbyuzayat in Burma where it arrived two days later. From that point they worked back towards Thailand over the course of the two weeks that followed.
Walking round this cemetery made you realize the futility of war. All these poor human beings who fell because of it and who struggled to survive under terrible conditions. The Death Railway line originally ran to within 50 metres of the Three Pagodas Pass which marks nowadays the border to Burma. However after the war the entire railway was removed and sold as it was deemed unsafe and politically undesirable. The prisoners lived in squalor with a near starvation diet as most did in Japanese prisoner of war camps. They were subjected to torture, brutality with the consequence thousands perished. The men worked from dawn until after dark and often had to walk many kilometres through the jungle to return to base camp where Allied doctors tended the injured and diseased but many still died. It is said that one person died for each railway sleeper laid on the Death Railway.
Like Chung Kai cemetery the memorials of the men were arranged so regimental in rows, and surrounded by well tended flower beds and the grass walking areas all kept cut and trimmed. Many Thai workers that day were cutting the grass, weeding the gardens and generally keeping the cemetery looking as though someone cares about the place. The Thai people take great pride in looking after both these two Cemeteries. I felt so sad to see all the epitaphs in the entrance building it was a very moving experience to stop & think of those men who had died on this railway. I know it was war, but how they died was not fair, was not good, was not humane.
