comment from picture: "Thank you.. Im very very happy with this jacket! This jacket feels great, fits great as well! If you do decide you want one of these jackets, make sure to note the sizes. I actually ordered one in XL and when i got it the jacket was just a bit to snug. (i normally wear XL in a jacket... My Wested Wolverine Jacket is XL and fits perfect and has plenty of room) But they were VERY nice and allowed me to send it back to them and they made me a 2XL size and thats the one in the pics above. You can also just measure yourself and give them measurements and they will have one custom fit for you. One thing you have to know is that these types of jackets are meant to fit "SLim" or "Fitted" more than a jacket like the WOlverine jacket. But if you get the right size its very comfy, looks great and gets ALOT of looks! You may think im crazy for saying this but ive noticed ALOT of hot looking women checking me out more now ha ha.. i mean, im a very happily married man but still its hard not to notice the "Glances" and obvious looks females give.. lol.. on the other hand, its funny to catch them looking and then notice most guys in the room are checking out the girls and noticing them looking at me... pretty sure most of the guys are thinking "thats what I need... a red leather jacket" lol... Of course i suppose the possibility exists that most the girls just like the color red.... My wife laughs and just rolls her eyes at me lol.. "
When i was a child on some sundays we used to come here and eat "pastelitos de guayaba"

New Year's Eve was a great night. We started off in the Scale and Feather in the Old Town, and from there went to Humber Social for a New Year's 80s night. Awesome!
We were joined by friends Andrew and Rebekah.
There was a free drink for each of us when we arrived at Humber Social, and it was lovely to see the beautiful Ellie behind the bar. She was so lovely to me and Gemma when we first started going in there.
All in all, a brilliant night!

I'm happy to see that giant smile on her face. On Thursday, Brittany got sick and was throwing up alot. And refused to eat anything including treats and her meal. Which for Brittany missing her dinner, NEVER, happens. She never even hesitates to eat. She didn't want to walk and just slept all day. Friday she was feeling better, but still didn't eat all of her food (only half). Yesterday she was feeling back on top and had the time of her life swimming and ate all her food from the Friday (I gave it to her to try again). Then she was even happier when I was getting ready to feed her and Bello, I was paying attention and sat Bello's down in front of her and Britt's in front of him. Of course he ate her liver first which is what I was trying to give her not him and she grabbed a chunk of meat from his bowl and when I tried to take it back somehow managed to not let go at all (and raw meat isn't easy to tear) while chewing. Britt ended up getting a little more then she should (I switched back after noticing within a few seconds) and Bello a little less, though Bello will be fine because I had been feeding him (in his opinion) to much and he had started leaving me extra a couple days before (and I cut back, because excess meat gets on my nerves remembering I need to reportion it).
Steve Brodie became famous in 1886 as the first person to survive a jump off the Brooklyn Bridge, but it's far from clear that he ever actually jumped. Many believed he had someone throw a dummy off the bridge while he swam out toward the spot where it landed, surfacing near a boat that pulled him out of the water. Whether or not he really did the deed, he took full advantage of the celebrity that came his way as a result, opening a successful bar that traded on his reputation and starring in a play that climaxed with him leaping off the bridge to save a girl's life. And his name lived on long after he did. In 1949, almost half a century after his passing, he was the subject of a Bugs Bunny cartoon. Watch it here!
(Curiously, an 1886 NY Times account of his supposed feat described him, without any further elaboration, as a "long-distance pedestrian".)
UPDATE: As the Fensk pointed out, his wife's name was, quite appropriately, Bridget!
yeah, me.. with all my sweetness..go figure..sure...one of my 'wrong " moments got caught...like I'm alone in that regard...

After a comment on the last but one posting of mine, by 'jupiler64', I rummaged out this shot of a bus which I thought might have been the same one. Anyway, turns out that it isn't, but as I'd turned it up, I thought that I'd post it. 340 NKT, another ex Maidstone & District AEC Reliance is seen in central Sheffield in the ownership of famous Independent Booth & Fisher of Halfway. This operator of many wonderful aged omnibuses had recently been acquired by South Yorkshire PTE, who were to sweep away the majority of the inherited gems and replace them with less elderly buses from their constituent fleets shortly afterwards.

At the Scale and Feather.
When I made made a casual comment about the ugly tissue in the pocket
I was punish-forced to eat it, she was so strong I couldn't stop it
Handling me with such ease, like I was nothing but her rag doll
She twist-bent my arm like a string of soft luke-warm spag-bol
In meek terror she might twist it off right out of its socket
I allowed her to feed me the snot rag from right out of her pocket
And I chewed and I gagged and I chewed and I sobbed and I chewed to stop worse pain from following
Shred after shred after lump after lump I forced every bit down painful swallowing
And when I opened and "Aahed" to show my pink dry tongue to prove I'd got it all down
She was enough satisfied to let go of my arm but still punched me in rage to the ground
She said "We were here first, it's the front and it's our queue
So get to the back I'm in no mood to argue
Not with me, look at you, such a weak fart, you
One single punch I could probably spark you
Damage your face and quite lastingly mark you
Flat on your back on this dirty floor park you
Waking up later and still in the dark, two
Swollen black eyes and a pain in your brain!"
