September's LFF weekend was a bit different from usual. The evening was tinged with sadness and loss as we had a memorial for Janie Marie Swann, the amazing organiser of LFF who sadly passed away in July.
But it wa also a hugely social night meeting loads of people, friends old and new.
And I did a thing - I made my karaoke debut! It was nerve-wracking but I loved it! After a bit of a shaky start I loved every second!

Another experimenatal combination. I got this top cheap off eBay (as I often do!) and I really like it! Tried it this time with a mini skirt, and it worked ok, but I think I would prefer wearing it with jeans.

The owners had passed away. It's always so interesting to see people's belongings.

This street Clichy Boulevard, and I'm mean 'ol the street is full of sex sellers, not exactly as stores but as shows. Anyway Le Moulin Rouge is by far the most important place at this emblematic parisian street. Indeed it is a symbol of the night's activities at Paris. A lot of tourist where in long lines to get inside, they had to pay more than 185 euros to enjoy the show... thats a lot above my budget (anyway I guess I'd not enter).

I guess this is not one of my best, but anyway... here appears 3 shots at differents aperture at 15" speed. Then photomatix... then in photoshop a little Topaz Adjust, finally noiseware.

Had a really lovely weekend with two lovely friends over to Hull for a weekend visit.
We did a long slow wander around town during the afternoon, taking in a few of the notable spots (yes, Hull has a couple!) then out on Saturday night for a few drinks.

ALL COMMENTS ON MAIN PHOTO. Guys im so sorry i havnt been uploading. Quite recently my workspace caught on fire and ive lost most my brickarms and lego bricks. Luckily my sculpting stuff and paints and armour were in my room at the time...

At Bayview Junction, Hamilton, Ont. The passenger train is an eastbound Tempo service destined to Toronto. Both trains are off the Dundas sub and entering the Oakville sub. In the first photo the train in the background is leaving Hamilton.

Personal comment in view of recent events.....
Firstly, how are they going to enforce this new ruling as many look so convincing. Secondly, where do we go to ‘powder our noses’? Thirdly, how are they going to know that a trans woman isn’t a woman from birth? This has all been created by radical cis women, outspoken trans activists and a small minority of men, claiming to be trans, using it to their own devices! It’s not over by a long shot!
I'm no threat to anyone....... I just enjoy being me and presenting as such. x
This image was taken at the end of a long day of shooting in Victoria and on the way back to our cousin's home in Qualicum Beach. We had restaurant reservations at 7:45 (1945 hrs) but my cousin took a little detour to this quiet beach at Parksville British Columbia where I was able to take a few quick shots in the fast disappearing light. No time to set up the tripod, this and the other shots in this group are hand held. Nikon D60 Tamron 18-250 lens. Focal length 26 mm. ISO 640 1/60 @f4. Image edited in camera no Photoshop.
