the sauce was a mushroom veloute with melted brie and a little white wine and taragon potato water reduced to a tasty broth. The mussels and prawns were dropped onto a smoking hot skillet with a few garlic slices to finish. Tomato for sweetness and balsamic for sour , Low salt.

COD Architecture students put their skills to the test this summer, designing, building and installing a gathering pavilion for the Community Education Fuel Garden and the Russell R. Kirt Prairie.
