The lentils du Puy were perfectly done and quite inspiring! I must learn to make these at home (I probably don't want to know how much fat was put in this dish though). The cod was exceptionally well prepared (crispy fried on the outside, and so incredibly light!). The flaky fish was not overcooked, and it was so sweet and fresh. Bravo on an excellent dish! The onion rings were possibly the sweetest rendition I've ever tried as well.

I noticed this unusual house among the McMansions in North Truro and thought Moxette would like to see it.
Wellfleet, MA (February 2, 2008): The remains of a19th-century schooner at Newcomb Hollow, Wellfeet.
The 50-foot keel and wooden ribs were uncovered by waves from the snow storm last Sunday.
Bill Quinn, who has written a number of books on Cape Cod maritime history, thinks the wreck could be the remains of the Logan, a 19th-century schooner, which was refitted as a coal barge and went down in the 1920's.
