Theobroma cacao, also called the cacao tree and the cocoa tree, is a small 4–8 m (13–26 ft) tall evergreen tree in the family Malvaceae. Its seeds, cocoa beans, are used to make cocoa mass, cocoa powder, confectionery, ganache and chocolate.
I also made a batch of whisky truffles, perhaps not my favourite flavour but it was the only thing I had on hand. I tried covering them in white chocolate but gave up after the white turned brown when the dark chocolate melted. So I covered them in ground hazelnuts instead.

this is the last picture for the "Advertisement" theme week I put it together very fast, I'm just happy this theme week is done. can't wait for tomorrow!

Garnishing mise en place consisting of lemon for lemon zest, almond powder, chocolate Easter eggs, freeze dried cherry, chocolate nibs and mint leaves. Grater. Cheesecloth surface. High point of view. Light effect.
It's a brownie... no, a banana bar... no, a Reeses bar... it's all of them! Smooth chocolate, crunchy peanuts and creamy bananas all meld into a delicious, sweet treat.

On the other side of this sidewalk (to the left) is Freia Chocolate Factory located. They make the most wonderful chocolate. I peeked in a window and saw lots of cocoapowder. And I could smell the chocolate from the outside. Mmmmm!
