This Italian chocolate bread is tasty and its texture is airy, spongy and soft. Well, ER commented that it is a cross between the Chinese cake, Fa Gou, and bread. Of course Rika has protested and reaffirmed, “Nope, this is bread.” And YH said, “Umm, nice!” For me, it took a while to like chocolate in bread.
