Taken on the Sunday when me and couple bros made Guinness cupcakes with Baileys Irish Cream icing. They were totally rad. Look at me stir the shit out of that. I am awesome.
We're dumb and we forgot to take pictures of the cupcakes when we finished making them.

Garnished cheesecake on glass cake tray. Ingredients pie are butter, flour, sugar and cocoa powder for baked bottom. Cake ingredients are cottage cheese, sour cream, cane sugar, cream, gelatin, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and yellow food coloring. Garnishing consisting of lemon zest, almond powder, chocolate Easter eggs, freeze-dried sour cherry and mint leaves. Cheesecloth surface. Decorative background.

Campton Place was where she worked when this was made...it's a very rich coffee cake with sour cream, peaches, brown sugar, almonds and cocoa powder. Delicious.
It's the first coffee cake I've ever made that I've been happy with in the end.
