Probably from the 80s, this Steel can held 8 ounces of Hershey's Cocoa powder.
Its price, listed on its lid was $1.99!
The finished product, not quite as pretty as it should be, I'll have to give them another go soon. :-/
Even though I didn't make any Raya kuih these past few days, I'd still like to wish all my Muslim friends out there a Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

The pork, finished cooking, and waiting for a bun! Made with Brooklyn Brewery's Black Chocolate Stout, organic cocoa powder, and other spices.
Medjool dates, almond, coconut, cocoa powder, coconut oil, ras el hanout, salt. Way better than Larabar.

Chocolate cake is studded with pretzels, homemade beer nuts, dark chocolate, and marshmallows. If you take away the marshmallows, this is a vegan dessert too. Who would have thought? I promise, there is chocolate cake underneath all that goodies, somewhere.

made with my #TRYITFREE Raley's Nob Hill Cocoa Powder!!!!
yum
During my "chocolate attack" when I rushed downstairs to find myself some chocolate FAST, i grabbed this brownie along with my £1 single chocolate truffle. The chocolate truffle was for me, the brownie was for sharing with Stuart.
This is not the usual run of the mill brownie. Stuart commented that one had to seriously like chocolate to like this. Short on the sugar but definitely packed in on the chocolate and emphasized with the cocoa powder on top. Little bits of nuts gave texture to the dry fudginess (if there is such a thing? I assure you after eating this there is such a thing).
Verdict? It's alright but it didn't quite blow me away. More at Luscious Temptations
Two lava cakes or molten chocolate cakes. Wooden board on a decorative surface. High point of view. Light effect.
It was a baking fail. Overfilled batter, cosmetic surgery, and crumb so delicate that it threatened to fall apart when I glazed. Sigh. At least it looked pretty.

Ice cream version of Nigella Lawson´s hot chocolate.

1,75 cups cream
0,75 cups of milk
100g dark chocolate, semisweet
1,5 tablespoons of dark cocoapowder with cinnamon
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
1,3dl sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons dark rum
chocolate miniature Carelian pie
The decoration chocolate was a Christmas gift from my goddaughter. She lives in Northern Carelia, where I was born and raised. How wonderfully tacky!
It's a brownie... no, a banana bar... no, a Reeses bar... it's all of them! Smooth chocolate, crunchy peanuts and creamy bananas all meld into a delicious, sweet treat.
I wanted to do some stuff with some cocoa powder I had from work. I tried doing all sorts of things but nothing turned out the way I wanted. And cleaning between each shot was a pain. This is me blowing the powder out of a disassembled pen tube. This might be revisited.
