My first thoughts after taking this was a bit of irritation that the guy in orange had ruined the composition. However I quickly came round to thinking that he actually contributes to the scale of the overall shot and that draws your eye to him.
Still shot of the Fulmars on the famous cliffs @ Hunstanton. Not best of light in a morning as the cliffs face west.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I'm posting what I hope are previously unposted shots taken during our 2012 trip to Ireland.
I love the wild and rugged Irsh coast.
This large -scale mountain abstract was taken on Baffin Island. I call it large scale because the cliff was about 500-600 meters high.
It was located just across the Mount Asgard on Turner Glacier. This is one of those unplanned photos. I was hiking across the glacier on this cold afternoon, looking for possible compositions to shoot aurora later in the night.
As I was passing by this granite wall, I stopped for a while to put on another layer of clothing. I took a moment to look around and I noticed a warm sunset light illuminating the face of this rock. The combination of cold surrounding and the warm light created interesting view. This cold-warm contrast combined with all converging lines of the cliff caught my eye so I decided to capture it.
Cliffs at a scenic stop along the Nullarbor.
I've been away travelling but have arrived home with only a few 'photography' images. Sad to say that most of them are just the travel kind but that's the result of enjoying the trip rather than concentrating on photography.
A view along the very unstable cliffs at Worbarrow Bay especially after all the recent rain.

I was walking along the Cliff top path near Tintagel in Cornwall when I spotted two Lads climbing down the cliff and These are the shots I got of their daring leaps into the sea. I first thought they must be mad but soon realised they new exactly what they were doing and how to do it.

Montserrat is a multi-peaked rocky range which is part of the Catalan Pre-Coastal. This landscape is situated 60 to 70km outside of Barcelona. The travel to this location offers a nice drive via car on the A-2 and C-55 route, however, for those without a car, there is an option to take the public transit using special train service #Canon #Landscape #Espana #Photography #Montserrat #Spain
Stunning sunset view. Took me a while to get there. But the scenery didn't disappoint at all. Somewhere along the southern part of Mauritius.
I'd only ever seen these white cliffs as dull grey cliffs before. On our return trip from France the weather was perfect, the sea was so calm and the white cliffs of Dover, well look, WHITE!
