San Francisco Cliff house is a fabulous restaurant with few parking spots. When leaving the restaurant with my grandson we were delighted to see this beautiful car parked right in front. It would be hard to miss.

These rock cliffs are the highest in Europe and truly breathtaking. Probably the most impressive sight in Ireland ! The cliffs rise 230 meters from the sea and are 8 km long. One of the most fantastic views in Ireland from the cliffs !

The cliffs are about 450 m high at this point, making them one of the 5 highest cliffs in Europe.
The photo was taken from a tripod with a self-timer held in my left hand.
The late evening sun lights San Francisco’s Sea Cliff neighborhood, China Beach and the buildings of the Presidio, as seen from the nearby Coastal Trail at Lands End.

This rather short cliff walk is located at First Summit (2,168 m) right above Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland. It is very stable and not dangerous at all.
First and the cliff walk can best be reached by cable car from Grindelwald. The gondola ride takes 25 minutes and offers spectacular views.

While waiting for the sun to set, we hiked on top of this limestone cliff where I captured Finding Fayette: A Ghost Town in the UP Michigan from an overlook directly across from the townsite.

Ballintoy is a small village, townland and civil parish in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Ballintoy is not far from Northern Ireland’s UNESCO-listed Giant’s Causeway, a beautiful formation of 40,000 basalt rocks. Equally beautiful is the nearby coastline, a picturesque blend of basalt cliffs, bright green grassy hills, and multicolored blues of the Northern Atlantic waters below.
Sea Cliff Bridge
The beautiful sea cliff bridge shortly after the sun had pierced the horizon for the morning.
If you look carefully you can see a morning runner starting their day with a run in this beautiful part of the NSW coast line.

An annual visit to the sea cliffs at Bempton brings with it the sight, sound and yes, smell of the huge seabird colony. The most prominent are the hugely impressive Gannets. Pairs bond for life and reaffirm that bond every year at their breeding grounds. This bonding process includes rubbing their beaks together and entwine their necks.
