British Rail Class 165 'Chiltern Turbo' Diesel Multiple Unit (DMU) 165010 working the 2L37 09:34 (09:36 2L) Chiltern Railways service to Leamington Spa at the charming Birmingham Moor Street Station in West Midlands (UK).

The 60163 Tornado, The Cathedrals Express, waiting in sidings which used to be the route of the former Lincolnshire Loop Line, alongside The Great Northern Terrace in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
Peppercorn Class A1 Pacific 60163 Tornado, a replica steam locomotive, was finished in 2008, the engine was the first new steam locomotive to be built in Britain for almost 50 years.
The A1s were designed by Arthur Peppercorn for the London and North Eastern Railway (LNER) and were used from the late 1940s to 1966. Now the new 60163 Tornado, The Cathedrals Express, together with its historic carriages, takes passengers through the English countryside for an authentic steam experience.
Hiding in the sidings behind the signal box at Stourbridge Junction appears to be a Class 82 DVT 3 car unit in Wrexham and Shropshire livery.
The model class 150/2 is a repainted standard Bachmann offering.
The model has been backdated to as delivered condition by cutting the gangway door window and adding the perspex dirt cover.
A light weathering in due course will complete the model.
Class 466 no. 466010 leaves Dunton Green with train 5H99, the 1356 Tunbridge Wells Turnback Siding to Grove Park Up CHS. This is the only regular working of a single Class 466 on the line.

Preserved and mainline certified English Electric Type 5 'Deltic' diesel locomotive D9009 'Alycidon' (British Rail Class 55, 55009) stored next to the workshop at the National Railway Museum in York (UK).
D9009 was built at the English Electric Vulcan Foundry Newton-le-Willows in 1961 and was withdrawn from traffic on January 2nd 1982.

BR Class 43/0 HST 2,100 hp (Paxman 12VP) Bo-Bo No.43 052 (previously named "Royal Philharmonic") of East Midlands Trains in their (then) new livery although the coaches are still in unbranded Midland Main Line livery; at St.Pancras on a Nottingham service, 21/01/10. The Transpennine Express Class 158s were fitted with a small First Class compartment, at the driving end of one coach of these two-car units. Although very worn and clearly in need of refurbishment, the travelling environment was very cosy.
