Un zoom et quelques millions de pixels.... Trop facile de tricher au concours des repas de famille...
A zoom ans a few millions of pixels are a good way to cheat during the quizz of the family celebration.
One of the exercises in Carla Sonheim's book Drawing Lab for Mixed Media Artists involves doing blind contour drawings from photographs. But you get to cheat by peeking from time to time to see what the lines are doing! And then afterwards you can add cross-hatching. I cheated even further by doing my "blind" contours with a pencil first before going over them with a Pitt brush pen. Used some vintage photos from my collection.

Is someone Cheating? The chatter is about Tires, Tires and More Tires. NASCAR is confiscating more tires as chatter of cheating is the topic of choice in the garages. What teams are they focusing on? After the last two races, NASCAR took tires from 5 drivers cars. Who were the lucky 5 and wha...

Upnor Castle is a well preserved gun fort, built between 1559 and 1567 on the orders of Queen Elizabeth I to defend her warships at anchor in the reaches of the Medway and Chatham Dockyard.
The fort was not well maintained and proved ineffective when the Dutch, under the command of Admiral de Ruyter, sailed up the Medway in June 1667 to attack the dockyard.
The Dutch met very little resistance, and when they left two days later they had destroyed and captured a large number of the Royal Navy ships anchored at Chatham.
