It looked and sounded good but it was really bad. It was too salty. For the sake of the restaurant, I won't even mention their name.

I just cut the back bigger and fold it over twice to the front then finish with big stitch. Took me all of two hours yesterday.

“Nobody important? Blimey, that’s amazing. Do you know, in nine hundred years of time and space I’ve never met anyone who wasn’t important before.” -Dr. Who

I love this quote. There's not a single person on this earth that's not important. There are days where I'm down and look in the mirror and wonder what I've done, then I think of this quote. The Doctor never fails to make me smile though, so maybe that's cheating.

I didn't sleep well last night, had to take down decorations at work today, and just all around didn't have the motivation to do anything spectacular, so the photo's a tad uninspired and over-edited, though I did get a good angle on the reflection.

Today's Item for Collaboration is a mirror.

They lie, they cheat, they seduce, they steal and they suffer to pursuit their happiness...

After testing the process on the prototype yesterday, i drilled and milled the lock holes for all the case frame pieces tonight. First drilled through with a hole cutter, then the back hole is widened with a burr to fit the cylinder. Framing wrapped in tape to prevent scratching the finish.

Look at a photo, draw for a while take a peek at the drawing and then draw again with out looking, one more peek and then add details and shading. These are really hard to do--the not looking for most of the drawing feels really weird. I will say that these look a bit like the photos but I have a LONG way to go before I will feel comfortable with this kind of drawing!
