After testing the process on the prototype yesterday, i drilled and milled the lock holes for all the case frame pieces tonight. First drilled through with a hole cutter, then the back hole is widened with a burr to fit the cylinder. Framing wrapped in tape to prevent scratching the finish.

The babies have been a very bad influence on their Auntie Snotty. Mimi used to stick to the course and run the patterns with Poody. Now she delights in being able to scale the highest snow walls in the Snow Maze. Bad poodle! Bad!
I wanted to buy chesnuts at U supermarket, and found these attractive 1 kg bags. But when I took this little bag in hand, I found it very ligtht: just to make sure I put several of these on the scales, and couldn't find one that weighted more than 750g, although the tag shows 1 kilo. They are blatantly cheating their customers!
