Scavenger hunt challenge song: Grandma got run over by a reindeer
Now we're all so proud of Grandpa,
He's been taking this so well.
See him in there watching football,
Drinking beer and playing cards with cousin Mel

I throw out a challenge to you - shoot out of your comfort zone! If you don't take chances, how are you going to experience something new? I was stuck in a rut for a year shooting nothing but sunsets and lake shots with my Cokins ( www.flickr.com/photos/lenscrack/sets/72157617430731860/ ) . But taking a chance and venturing into something new, I am finding so many new and exciting things to try. Processing styles, DOF and other focus techniques. These are really opening up my eyes. So I ask, are you challenging yourself? Nikon D700 + Carl Zeiss 85mm Head over to my profile ( www.flickr.com/people/lenscrack/ ) for links and more information.
Needing both a challenge and a waterfall today, I decided to go over to much-photographed-by-me Corbett's Glen and shoot everything with my 50mm lens. I was able to get a decent .25-.5 shutter speed without using any filter, shooting at f32.
There were times I had to back up into a lot of brush, but I was very satisfied with the results.
