Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 head cauliflower, break into florets (remove stem)
1 whole egg
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella and Parmesean blend
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
3 pinches of Salt
3 pinches of Pepper
1. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor or grater. , place it
2. Microwave on high for 6 minutes or until cooked.
3. Place the cauliflower in cheese cloth and squeeze excess moisture out.
4. Mix together the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella and parmesan mixture,Italian Seasoning, and salt and pepper.
5. Press (with hands and spatula) the mix
onto a silicone baking mat or parchment paper lined
baking sheet.
6. bake at 450F Degrees until lightly golden brown,
roughly around 20 minutes
Pizza Toppings:
Top with Fresh Mozzarella, salami, and Tomato sauce.
I'd love this to be a Garden Grub pic, but not a bit is from the garden. Roasted cauliflower and carrots with cumin, honey, and golden raisins.
Made it as an afterthought after struggling with another dish. Really simple, incredibly delicious.

If you haven't had roasted cauliflower, you need to, uh, make it RIGHT NOW. Josh and I devoured all of it right out of the oven and I'm almost mad I've never had it until now. It's also low calorie and low carb!
