My entry for the 12×12 vignette category of Brickscalibur.
Not entirely happy with how this ended up turning out, but wanted to get at least one entry in for Brickscalibur this year :)

After many successful battles, Doilin decided it was time to finally settle down and start a family.
At countless victory celebrations in the ‘Old Silver Jug Inn’, he had his eye on Lillan. She was a real beauty and also brewed the best beer in the area. So why not combine the pleasant with the useful.
So he picked a bunch of flowers and set off to court Lillan.
Would he be successful?
This is my entry for this year's Brickscalibur Contest in the ‘Dwarf Tales’ category.
A quick, one-day build I did for the forge. This one was really last minute, I just got a spark of inspiration the night before the deadline, but I think it turned out pretty nice!
It's also an entry to the Brickscalibur "Interior Architect" category.
The seed part was a lever (base and antennae), used here once in the pot to the right, three times in the shelves, three times in the candle/candelabra, four times in the book binding, and once in the potion stirring stick - 13 times in total.
My entry for the microscale category in Brickscalibur 😀. Had quite a bit of fun with this one, not at all frustrating to place all those tiny trees…or the waterfall…😂. Hope you like it!
A lone wanderer makes his way to a village which seems to have lost all spark of life.
This was built for Brickscalibur’s “Frozen Wilds” category. The whole scene except for the sky is built with Lego!
Sir Woody the Shirtless was banned from the joust after several account's of showing up shirtless to the kings court. Despite the severe punishment that will be inflicted upon him if caught, he has decided to appear in this joust.
I built this for Brickscalibur's "Where's Waldo?" category.
Rumors piled up that a lost treasure might be found in the wasteland between Deighe Gorm and Teine. So King Janor visited the seeress in her chambers for advice. Vanamee consulted her tarot cards immediatly and King Janor was delighted about the result: the recovery of the treasure seemed to be under good stars.
This is my entry for the Brickscalibur 12x12 vignette category.
Hey everyone! Ok, so this build was a total grind. I started working on it almost a year and a half ago, (most of the time it was just sitting around unfinished) which makes it the build that has by far taken me the longest to complete. I spent countless hours staring at the build, never quite sure what to do with it (at least that's what it felt like :P ). My original plans were much more grand, but I had a lot of layout issues along the way which kept me from finishing. So while I'm happy with the overall quality of the build, the layout and lack of anything very interesting to look at makes the build leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I know it's not all bad (some of it I actually really like!), but I knew I just had to finish the build off so I could move on to other projects (looking at you Brickscalibur :P ). I also plan to add some more shots of the build on my alt account before long.
Thanks for looking!
Criticism is very welcome on this one, let me know how to fix it so I don't have this happen again! ;)
All glory to my Savior Jesus Christ!

I've built this guy for Brickscalibur's 12x12 category in mind, but not sure if I'd be able to finish it :D
In this black church, she found light within. The many colours of light shone down like a blanket over his body in for he was killed only two weeks after leaving his lover's side. Again, reunited, she promises to very leave his side in hope that, even in death, their love may still run true.

Part 2. Out, Out Brief Candle, Kit Nugent
Built for Brickscalibur's "Labour of Love" collaboration category, with my dear friend Elias.
This is my entry for the 'Labor of Love' category of this year's Brickscalibur contest. The task was to team up with a partner and tell a tale of love with two seperate images, each created by a different builder.
This is Part 2 of a collab with the incredibly talented Nathan Smith who did Part 1 of the story. If you have wasted your life enough and haven't come across his work, be sure to check out his other masterpieces!
Hey everyone! Here's a build that I made for the frozen wilds category of the brickscalibur contest.
A young squire from a noble house falls in love with the eldest daughter of the king. They were a match fit for fairy tales, and surely they lived happily ever after...
Part one of a two part collaboration with Martin Gebert.
This was done for the Brickscalibur category, "Labor of Love"
It took a good deal of pressure on me to upload this for it to happen... but well, at least I can get some advice this way, I hope :) . It's not as I wanted it to be, so if you have any tips, I'd be glad to hear how you think it could be made better.
This is my entry to the CCC category, A Peasant Day, and to the category Where's Waldo? of Brickscalibur. Can you find the rat that is hidden in the build, an ill omen of the future? This is level difficult of the Where's Waldo challenge :) . Still, I think you can find it!
In her hair Amicia is wearing an Aquilegia, named after the Latin word for eagle, in reference to the shape of its talon-like petals. Ancolia is a symbol of sadness and troubled souls—even of madness. Amicia wears it because her little brother put it in her hair.
Building at this scale is really hard. Here's a look at some of the structure, which is as unartistic as possible. I like the fact that you can show so much more of reality because of the scale, but I don’t like the fact that it takes soooo much more time.
I don’t think I’ll do this often.
This is a prologue to a build I'm about to start.
Built for Brickscalibur (Farmstead Figures category).
A glimpse into the process behind Nicolo di Santino's renowned vineyard, from vine to table!
A secluded island with towering cliffs protects the inhabitants allowing them to dedicate their time to reading and other scholastic activities.
This is my 3rd Brickscalibur entry and this time for the “Medieval Micro” category.
An important meeting...
Here's my entry to the interior category for Brickscalibur. The throne-room (which I showed a preview for recently). Spent quite a bit of time on that floor...haha! Inspired as always by Katie Walker. Also got some mosaic on the back wall which was a fun challenge :) Here’s a video if you want a closer look youtu.be/w1EVA-C__f4
The pillars are there primarily for decoration and was given as a gift to the king from some of the southern tribes, to represent the connection between the two sides of the kingdom. Hope you like it!
I've (finally) recovered from the trauma of Iron Builder and have made this Laketown model for Brickscalibur and CCC, which, thankfully, doesn't contain any 3 x 5 solar panel / deltoids with clip in white! There's also a few little Tolkien Easter Eggs, so be sure to look out for those too ...
This is my entry for the Interior Architect category of this year's Brickscalibur contest.
Welcome to the world of Andarstrœm, a planet inhabited by the Harathor people. It is a world that appears wealthy at first sight. Looking closer, it reveals that water is treated as the most precious substance as it is quite rare. Therefore, not a day passes by without the Harathor's queen hunting for the valuable resource. Her determination has brought the people wealth and progress - as can be seen in the Harathor's architecture and their study of the skies.
Built for the ‘Micro Castle’ category of the CCC and ‘The Frozen Wilds’ category of Brickscalibur.
Inspired by some stunning concept art of massive waterfalls I found, including this one.
Special thanks to Graham for help with the edit!

Hey everyone! This build shows Kyle's distant cousin Lyle, who has also taken up the fishing profession. Lyle is a bit more settled and has his own fishing hut.
I made this for CCCXX and Brickscalibur. Overall I'm really happy with how this build turned out, and it was nice to build a snowscape again.
Thanks for looking!
All glory to my Savior Jesus Christ!

The best place to look for a Frost Giant was way up North. If you happen to find one that is. The eyes of these monsters were called Blue Diamonds and the price was ridiculous, one could easily bought a small castle with just one eye. And Arat Maul Bakar found one with two. He was dreaming of being a wealthy lord for a long time and even had a property in mind. A beautiful emerald castle down south, if he could get rid of the dragons first.
I wanted to do something in ice and the plastic parts bags came in handy :)
Entry for Brickscalibur, The Frozen Wilds category.
My entry for the 12x12 vignette category for Brickscalibur. My main focus with this MOC was the colors, which were largely inspired by some of Jaapxaap's fantastic work and color usage. I hope you enjoy it!

This group of fishermen made the mistake of sailing to close to the sunken cavern which serves the home of Apahr’s treasure hoard. It’s their will to live against the thrashing of a legendary beast.
For the past few years I had wanted to build a creature inspired by the enemies of the game Bayonetta. Despite their brutal attacks, these creatures are adorned in gold and beautiful to look at. I seldom do animal builds so I’ve put off the task until this contest gave a great opportunity!
My entry for the Monstrous Encounters category for brickscalibur.com
A little Figbarf for Brickscalibur's Monarchic Minifigures category. From left to right: Scribe, Royal Guard, Queen, Princess, Royal advisor.
I may or may not make another Figbarf if I can come up with some better figs, but for the time being this is all I've got 😅 Really want to enter at least one of the non minifigure related categories, so I'll be spending more time on that.
Feedback is always appreciated,
Happy Building!
The busy markets of the capital of Faldia, Rindael, are visited by many different people from Hellum and the northern islands to Felisia in the south, even as far as Sinar and Kadan in the east (see Map of the Whispering Woods).
Because the grand market is such a busy place, it also attracts a lot of unwanted visitors.
One such man is Waldor, the master thief. The Lady in white just alarmed the Royal Falcon guard of the robbery, he stole her golden ring.
--
Can You help the guards to find Waldor.
Apparently a multitude of Golden objects can be found, held by a person:
- A golden ring.
- Golden coins.
- A golden trumpet.
- A golden key.
- A golden harp.
--
If you follow my MOCs and figbarfs of the Whispering Woods, you may find a lot of familiar faces in the crowd, try to spot them all.
If you're not yet familiar with my other MOCs, please take a look at the album: The Whispering Woods

Build for Brickscalibur, where's Waldo category.
The streets of the village fill up as soon as the small market stalls appear. People don't have much to spend, despite that, they make the best of it
While carts full of goods make their way up to the castle on the horizon.
The contrast between the rich and the poor has never been greater.

My part of the collab with Jtooker(for Brickscalibur), who will upload his part a few days later.
Built for Brickscalibur (Labor of Love category) as part of a collab with Sympatik Brick
One beautiful summer morning on the coast, a man named Nemyk (wanting to beat the “morning rush”) went down to his favorite fishing spot. What he found instead was a basking mermaid named Lorena, who wanted to take advantage of the first rays of the sun out of the sight of “land dwellers”. Both caught off guard, the two engaged in some awkward small talk before parting ways. As fate would have it, the two would encounter each other again the following morning, and the morning after that, and so on. Gradually warming to each other, the two poured out their hearts, and (after a few months) were deeply in love. On the anniversary of their meeting, both decided to surprise each other with a gift. Nemyk sought a rare flower that was only found deep within the inhospitable Rakath mountains, while Lorena sought a crystal in the cold abyss of the ocean. Neither were prepared for the dangers that awaited them…
Grog’s bulging veins throbbed beneath his thick skin, a pulsating echo of his heart pounding in his chest. His eyes were clouded, his pupils dilated with feverish excitement.
The Crypt of Kings, a legend whispered around campfires, and its elusive treasure had haunted him night and day for decades. He had scoured the darkest depths, faced the most monstrous creatures, all for this day. His trembling hands gripped his weapon a little tighter at the sight of the massive doors finally standing before him.
A rosy glow filtered through the crack, a promise of unimaginable wealth. The solitary orc, teetering on the edge of insanity, was about to cross the threshold, driven by an insatiable thirst for gold and glory.

This is my entry for Brickscalibur’s "Perspective Matters" category.
This is a build for Brickscalibur for the Rogues and Outlaws category and for the CCC Castle category! It depicts some outlaws stealing the castle's most valuable possessions under cover of dark.
Hope everyone had a happy holidays! I've been working on this build for the past month or so, and I think I'm pretty pleased with the final design. The build could not have been done without the genius snow technique from DanTheFan though, it was seriously so much fun to play around with.
This build is an entry for both the Brickscalibur "Frozen Wilds" and the CCC "Small Castle" categories.
As the grown ups have gone hunting, the cubs are taking it easy at the abandoned temple.
And as the grown ups of another sort are running away from lions, one calf is trying the approach of "hiding in plain sight"...
An entry for Where's Waldo, built for Brickscalibur. Thought it would be fun to go with a somewhat different approach to this category, and I had a bunch of lion cubs...so here we are :)
Built for Brickscalibur, the trading places category(Because why wouldn't rare books be tradable?)
and for the CCC 16x16 castle interior category.
With this party, you can take on any dungeon! My submission to this years Brickscalibur. FLTR 1. Arion Swiftwind (centaur archer) 2. Turok the beastmaster (human warrior) 3. Zara Wildstrike (human warg) 4. Elowen Darkblood (human bloodmage) 5. Caelum Ashvale (human ranger) 6. Thrain Ironfist (dwarfen warrior)
This is a modified version of a build I made for Brickscalibur last year. This version was designed to be brought to conventions. Took quite a bit of work to complete it all the way since it was just for a scene at first. This gives a bit better focus on the main building.
“May this earth remember how much you loved it. May it remember how much you gave… to protect it…
I remember and I won’t let it be forgotten”
Amica visits the grave of her only brother, Hugo. Her younger brother who she grew up with and spent her whole life protecting. Kneeling beside his grave she reflected on his life and his death by her own hand. If only there had been another way to stave off the impeding doom. Hugo was the only family she had left and now he was gone.
This is part of a collab for Brickscalibur that I did with W. Navarre and it is based off the game Plague Tale: Requiem.
Here is my entry into the Brickscalibur Monstrous Encounters category.
I don't like how this MOC turned out. Separately, I really like the ogre and the wagon, but unfortunately, there was not enough time to make the MOC whole.
I hope someday I will finish this MOC.
Second entry to Brickscalibur, hope you like it :)
I knew I wanted to build a floating island and try to make it as organic as possible. Had to really struggle to get the size down to 12x12 but finally managed to fit it in there.
This is my 6th and final build for Brickscalibur this year, this one is for the "Where's Waldo" category.
Can you find the forest dwellers hidden amongst the forest? within this photo there are three hidden creatures...
a Mouse... a Squirrel... and a Monster...
Good luck!!
For 23 years Ibn Battuta had traveled across the Islamic world and beyond. He went from his home city of Tangiers in Morocco to as far east as Quanzhou in China, as far south as Kilwa in East Africa, and as far north as Sarai in Russia. He would meet many heads of state like Abu Sa'id, Khan of the Mongol Ilkhanate, Muhammad Tughluq, the Sultan of the Delhi Sultanate, and Oz Beg, Khan of the Mongol Golden Horde. He would have many highs and lows during this journey becoming wealthy, but also losing it from time to time and almost dying.
It was in 1346 when he decided to return to Morocco. He would make his way from Quanzhou in China, to Calicut in India, and to Basra in the Persian Gulf. It was there he would learn about the greatest disaster to shake the medieval world, the black death. His friend, Khan Abu Sa'id had died from the disease and the Ilkhanate was plunged into civil war. He would arrive in Damascus in 1348 where he decided to retrace his route to the hajj before he returned home. He would learn from a friend that his father had died in Morocco 15 years earlier. Death was everywhere as the plague spread throughout the Middle East. He would leave for Egypt and on the way there he saw that the city of Gaza was depopulated.
In Egypt he would see that the plague was taking its toll on Cairo. He would continue south on one of the many caravan and pilgrimage routes to the red sea ports across from Mecca. These routes during this time were likely more dangerous given the chaos in the wider world. Banditry was likely at an all time high as people were desperate and the Mamluks in Egypt devoted more time to maintaining order in the larger cities. Its possible that Ibn Battuta and his caravan of servants and concubines travelled with groups. He would finally arrive in Mecca where he decided it was time to go home.
Ever since I got that adventurers canister at BFVA this year, I knew I had to use it in a moc. I decided on using it for a buried statue, possibly one of the many statues of Ramesses II or another Pharaoh seen across Egypt. Did Ibn Battuta himself see one? Maybe, they're everywhere.
My entry to the Brickscalibur "Rogues and Outlaws" category.

This is a build made for the Brickscalibur "Labors of Love" category, in collaboration with Jaapxaap. This first image shows a couple meeting and falling in love. All is happy and well, until the first full moon...
HUGE thank you to Jaap for doing the amazing edits.
Rabbit and Mouse were born in the same day. They became best friends and even got into the same profession - Guards of the Meadow. It wasn’t like a real job, more of a game they played, which was to reason to get Frog and Bird to join the group. So now, our 4 friends play in the woods all day and fantasize about defeating monsters and rescuing princesses.
I just couldn’t resist building another entry for Brickscalibur, Tails from the Meadow category.
