A 201 second shot of the clouds brewing over Catbells and swiftly heading towards Keswick, thanks for looking Phil.
The Franklin Brewing Company building is located in the Boston neighborhood of Jamaica Plain. It was an active brewery from 1894 until the start of Prohibition in 1918. It has since been used as a storage facility. An architectural beauty, its arches are designed to make the building appear symmetrical, when it is not in fact so.
I took this picture a few years ago, originally posting it as a B&W. Went back to the original creating this color version using Corel Paintshop Pro x8 and Perfect Effects 9.5.

Its fun to pose the boys together. Those ears are even more fun when there's two pairs.
Alas this didn't come out quite like I wanted. Perry's out of focus because I was stupidly using an f/1.8 and just didn't think to up it a bit. I did get a shot with an f/11 but I the boys messed up the pose and I didn't really feel like posing them again. Will have to try it again because I like this shot.
What you can't see in this shot is the NYC skyline. Naturally, because I used a shallow DOF, silly me. Then again, in my f/11 shot, it just looked like twoor three tiny grey spikes. This is not the lens for it, I suppose. Nine years ago it would have been five or so little spikes because the WTC was visible from here.

Ruth Morgan stopped by on her way to Camp... she brought Maddie and Lacie. Lacie is Brew's littermate. They all had a fun time, especially Brew with all those women!! In order clockwise... Maddie, Brew, Kelly, Lacie and Caper.
Time for luwak cupping session. The kopi luwak that I had was prepared by a special technique to brew coffee. The coffee was brewed in a vacuum coffee maker, or in other name is siphon coffee maker. This method help to separate the coffee mixture from the coffee dust, hence create a tea-like texture of the coffee.

My favorite squeaking Minocque Brewing Co faucet. After their wonderful beer (especially after Minocque Pale Ale (MPA)) you can have a lot of fun playing different melodies on it ...
Stoup Brewing's Fresh Hop Fiend Pils. I need to have more discipline and snap the photo before I start drinking my beer.
The National Brewery Centre (formerly the Bass Museum and later the Coors Visitor Center) is a museum and tourist attraction in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, England. The centre celebrates the brewing heritage of Burton and features exhibits showcasing the history of brewing techniques. The centre also houses a bar and cafe, a history of the town, a collection of historic vehicles, a micro brewery and a shire horse collection.[1]
National Brewery Centre
Closure and reopening
On 18 March 2008 owner, Coors announced that it was to close the Visitor Centre which the company was subsidising to the tune of £1 million a year.[2] The museum closed on 30 June 2008 but the attractions were mothballed in the hope that the museum could be reopened at a later date.[3] A steering group was established to investigate reopening the museum.[4][5] The museum reopened as the National Brewery Centre on 1 May 2010 and was officially reopened by The Princess Royal on 21 September 2010. wikipedia

I'm not the most alert person first thing in the morning, but this view from our back door took my attention while waiting for the first coffee of the day to brew.
