HSBW Is a destination brewery — you won’t find their beers in liquor stores or on tap elsewhere — so you can be sure you’ll always be able to find something interesting and special to try.

SUBJECT: ROSE TEA

Actually, I didn't even know that there is such a thing as Rose Tea until I visited the Chinese Store yesterday.

Happy Monday, Everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Cold brew coffee, also called cold water extraction or cold pressing, is the process of steeping coffee grounds in water at cool temperatures for an extended period. Coarse-ground beans are soaked in water for about 12 to 24 hours. The water is normally kept at room temperature, but chilled water can also be used.

PS - After giving this a go, I can confirm that the coffee does taste smoother and less bitter; all together less harsh. However I like coffee to be bitter and powerful, so back to normal for me.

Sarah is feeling good enough to get out of bed and face the latest snow storm. Seems like a storm is brewing every few days this month.

I don't drink perked coffee, much of the time I find it too strong. I react strongly to caffeine, so I have to be careful how much I take in. I have no tea right now, so I'll have to go with some "instant brew" for this theme. A bit of Hazelnut flavoured Taster's Choice instant coffee.

Oh, no! I put in the wrong ingredient! It wasn't supposed to be Italian seasoning!

Heavy, wet and gloomy clouds over the Western Tatras. Seems the storm is brewing.

Another boat from Meols beach Wriral. Was many boats left out. Wont be long before they are all ashore for winter.

Decided to mount my old Minolta MD f/2.8mm lens on the x-t20 and have some fun. Excellent lens btw. Finding things in the house to photograph during Covid-19 lockdown.

I love these Gillie and Marc bronze sculptures. Featured here is Rabbitgirl enjoying an early morning brew, watching the sun come up along St.Kilda beach.

When Dogman and Rabbitgirl arrived at St. Kilda Pier, it was meant to be their temporary destination, however, St. Kilda Pier and the public loved the sculptures so much, that they bought them to keep for good!

Dogman and Rabbitgirl can now be visited in their permanent home along the St.Kilda foreshore, bringing the local community together over a nice cup of coffee.

This little metal teabag is a great way to brew up a nice cup of tea with loose tea leaves. Apparently, loose tea leaves are higher quality/more flavoursome than bagged tea leaves.

For those of you who have followed me of late would've noticed I've begun to put up my working shots for the current challenge on the week ahead's Macro Mondays. Now for those of you just flick(r)ing through you may not see any difference, and of course the theme and shot is very much alike. What I have a tendency to do is just alter a focal point, or indeed, add an additional focal point to draw the eye. You the viewer, as of course I do, will like some better than others (hopefully at least one?). I have left the identifications as shown by way of means to illustrate how I photographed them and then slightly altered various points ... thank you for taking the time to view my work, I am always very grateful.
